The waiting area is so comfortable and refreshments were fresh. There was no waiting all day, the process was very efficient. Barry kept in touch with me from day 1 and treated me like family. The price on the vehicle was awesome, the vehicle was clean, and they even washed and detailed it before I left! Brian was also a complete joy to work with and he had a nice personality. I absolutely loved my car buying experience I had at Certified Benz and Beemer! After much thinking and not wanting to paint a misleading picture and wanting to put my best and most heartfelt words in print I am now ready leave my opinion. I am quite sure that this will be removed by the fellows that censor these things I will waste my time and proceed. I purchased a car from their showroom and upon seeing the car it had a flat tire, salesman had tire re-inflated ( I believe they drove car from showroom to garage for air to put in tire on flat tire ) Didn't bother to fix the tire just put air in it, my experience is if a tire goes flat it MIGHT have a leak! NOW every 3-4 days I get to re-inflate it. Shouldn't they have fixed it? Car stinks when using AC, Service manager did change cabin filter and said he cleaned ducts but it still stunk, I bought a spray cleaner from JC Whitney.com and so far the stink has gone away. I had a problem with electrical on the radio/gps/etc/etc and had service look at it, I was recommended to take it to a radio shop on my own dime, I believe that should have been covered under their warranty. Under their "Buy Back" whatever program I looked at another car and asked if there was any room on the asking price, my reply was in the salesman's own words "There is absolutely no room for discussion on the price of this car, we are doing you a favor in even considering a trade because we already have your money and it doesn't make any difference to us" I QUOTED those exact words from my salesman. After we got back to office I wanted a night to consider the price because it was over my budget, I was told that if I walked out the door the deal was off the table.........WHAT DEAL? I am not 16 years old, I don't need that threat! and there was no "sweet" deal I would pay their asking price, no discounts nothing WHAT DEAL. Given that choice, I walked! With the weak "warranty" and this salesman I made the right choice. I now think I would rather go to a "NEW' car dealer as they would have more of a stake in their reputation. My opinion, and I will put air in the tire tomorrow. More

Before I purchased my Lexus last week, I had the vehicle evaluated by my own mechanic for my own peace of mind. The response from my mechanic was that the vehicle was sound but it could use a transmission service and an engine oil change. Barry Bridges, my sales rep, included that in the final deal. I had this work performed earlier this week. In addition, the AM portion of the radio had a weak signal. Stacey in service agreed to evaluate the antenna and it turns out there was a loose connection. Problem solved! The process was fast, painless, and professional! Well done Stracey. More

With their knowledge and ability to get the job done, it was a very smooth process from start to finish. I absolutely would recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to anyone looking for a used car. The only knock on them is the excessive communications asking to recommend them on this site. I purchased the vehicle just over 2 weeks ago and have been contacted via phone, traditional mail, and email many times regarding this - especially by email. So many times in fact that Gmail's spam filter was filtering out the emails. I understand the need and desire to get good reviews posted but I was waiting for the entire process to complete (i.e. my trade-in vehicle to be paid off) before I posted a review. More

Our last shot for the day was Certified Benz and Beemer of Scottsdale. We knew exactly what we wanted and they had it. With fear and trepidation did we enter this upscale dealership in Scottsdale, wondering what sort of interesting sales tactics we would have to dodge or out maneuver. I went in fully expecting to have to witness the traditional embarrassing charade of feigned interest from a car salesman. While at the same time being forced to do the kind of math, which never seems to add up. 2 seconds in, and a sigh of relief. A handshake, a walk around the vehicle and a test drive in under five minutes. A genuine dialogue ensued and even heartfelt laughter was exchanged. Loved the vehicle. Stepped out, handed the key back and suggested a price. Started the paperwork process with 10 minutes, and drove away In roughly an hour and a half. Bill was completely forthright and honest, and perfectly professional. What a perfect end to an otherwise stressful experience. I will never dread car shopping again! Yay for Bill! More
