Surprisingly Good I went in at 8:00 a.m. to look at a 2014 fully loaded BMW 3 series I had noticed online the night before. When I arrived at Certified Benz and Beemer I went in at 8:00 a.m. to look at a 2014 fully loaded BMW 3 series I had noticed online the night before. When I arrived at Certified Benz and Beemer, I was informed that the car I was interested in was no longer available. Richard Kirk ("RK"), asked me to explain the type of car and features I was looking for. Despite their vast inventory, they did not have exactly what I had requested (I am very particular). RK told me he would try to locate what I thought I wanted and get back to me the same day. On my way out, he asked if I would consider a 2012 Mercedes C350 coupe that had all the options I was looking for. The C-class was not anything I thought I'd be interested in, but when I saw it and test drove it, I realized it was a great fit for me. It was also $5,000 less than the car I had originally intended to purchase. RK knew what I wanted better than I did and that is pretty amazing. The management was also great. Chris Barone was very good about communicating with me via text message in response to all my questions regarding financing, repairs, an extended warranty, and pickup date. He even had a long conversation with me to determine if another car might be better for me because I was unsure about going from an SUV to a sporty two-door car. Dustin Johnson went out of his way to give me unexpected savings on my trade even after I had agreed to buy the car without it dropping my monthly payments noticeably. RK and Tracey Weaver, in the financing office, even stayed late to accommodate my work schedule when closing the deal. I am pleased with my experience at Certified Benz and Beemer and will return there for my next purchase. More

Perfect Experience: Thanks to Rich Kirch and Rocio Woodyard I was checking the Internet for a Mercedes Benz CLS550 and found exactly what I was looking for at Benz&Beemer. Great experience I started out working with Andy over the phone on an Audi Q5 that had just come into inventory. There were no pictures yet, but the description matched what I was looking for so I contacted the dealership. Andy was very nice and helpful and did everything he could to get me all the information I wanted. He even offered to drive to car down to my work so that I could see it before another scheduled appointment. That did not end up working out, but it was very solid customer service. He was not able to be there when I came into the dealership to see the car, but I dealt with Danny and Junior Quintana. They were both accommodating and very respectful during the negotiations. I waited quite a while in order to get into the finance area after dealing with the Quintanas, so that process could have been sped up a bit just to sign a few papers. Ultimately I have a nice experience at Certified Benz and Beemer. More
