Chris was exceptional in assisting me with my online purchase. Chris provided me with the necessary paperwork required to make the sale in a very expeditious manner. Chris was courteous in every manner and kept contact at all times. This was the first time I ever bought a vehicle online so you can imagine some of my fears. Chris comforted me by answering all of my questions. Because I live in Fl I did not get to see the car until all transactions were complete. Chris assisted me in getting the vehicle shipped to me in an expeditious manner. Once I got the vehicle I was amazed as to the condition of the vehicle. It was in outstanding condition. Everything was transparent in the process. I got top dollar for my trade in, was shown the carfax and service history on the vehicle. The dealership was spectacular in appearance. My sales person Jim Beyer went above and beyond to help me get the lowest interest rate possible on my financed vehicle. Jim, his manager, and finance specialist Rocio all stayed well past closing time to ensure this. And never once made me feel rushed. They all made certain the process was smooth and simple. I received follow up calls and emails to make sure everything went well with my experience. The car I purchased is in stellar condition. I would recommend this dealership to anyone seriously interested in purchasing a vehicle. One of my best experiences so far in Arizona. More

I’ll summarize my exp 6.19.15 Management reached out to talk to me..update to my review is on the way. I bought my 2011 BMW 328i locally on 5/7/15. I’ll summarize my experiences with bullet points below. If you are purchasing vehicles online, make sure you VERIFY every option/equipment listed on the ad because many options/equipment listed is just plain wrong. Originally I was going to give a 2/5 rating but it is also partly my fault because I was in a rush and did not check anything that they claim. I am happy with the vehicle itself but knowing what I know now, I would not have purchased it for the price that I did. Pros: • Large and clean lot with refreshments available in the waiting area. • Many pictures from all sorts of angles available on their website. • Purchasing time was about 1-2 hours once my decision was made. • 2 Key Fobs and Manual was available for my specific vehicle. Cons: • Every car is supposedly "installed" with their add-on (3M tint, 3M door edge guards, and XZILON Ultimate Appearance Package totaling $847. o I was told this package was on installed on my vehicle but I was able to verify that at least 2 of the 3 items were not (they did not “charge” me for the package but Andy said it was installed on my vehicle as part of the deal and they were going to “give” it to me). o Andy said that they “re-tinted” my car with 3M tint ? The tint is old, discolored, and scratched in some areas. ? Previous owner and a tint shop did verify that it was indeed old tint. o 3M Door edge guards is non-existent o There is no way for me to verify the “XZILON” package but since 2/3 wasn’t included, I don’t have too much faith on this item being included. • Sales staff not very trained for a dealer which specializes in BMWs and Mercedes. o I was told my vehicle had Xenon HID but it did not (yes my fault, I should have checked). • Dealer puts a CBB sticker about the size of an apple onto your vehicle’s paint. • Make sure you read everything on your financing documents o After I signed the documents, I noticed some of the details were changed to increase the chances of acquiring a loan (I.E. how long I worked at my current job was increased, along with other minor things). o Also, I still do not know who my lender is yet (almost 30 days since purchase). • The advertised 250 point service report was completely useless to me. o My report had 3 points, A, B and C (and this is all it said). ? A- Performed 250 Point Inspection ? B- Com Customer states replace the pressurediff sensor, cor removed and replace the sensor ? C- Com Customers states sublet alignment o I asked Andy if I could see the actual 250pt inspection report because what I received was useless. He said that this was all that he could give me. For a 250pt inspection, I was under the impression that I would get info on at least some of the things that are important in a used car…or at least estimated brake life, battery life, or tire tread info. Great car buying experience. I was looking at a specific ML350 & finally went down to test drive it. Let’s just say I was disappointed by the way it drove. Travis was extremely helpful answering all of our questions during the selection & even followed up after to insure we were still happy with the car. Made the decision of buying a car much less frightening!! We purchased a 528 BMW, and both my husband and I are so happy with it. The dealership is clean, and everyone there was friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured by anyone there. Great customer service, and great buy! Was so excited about the little things, like if we buy a couch, we can borrow a truck to move it!
