We stumbled on Certified Benz and Beamers on our way to another car dealer. The minute we entered the building the atmosphere was perfect and we were treated with the utmost respect. I've never been to a car dealership where the owner greets you and genuinely cares. Bottom line my girls were approved for TWO cars one each of course. Since then the service has not changed. The service department...what can I say...have been OVER caring. I live in CA and just knowing they're not being taken advantage of , gives me peace of mind. Our first Mercedes-Benz My wife and I visited your showroom back in Aug 2013 looking for a Benz or Beemer sedan. We liked your dealership because of the huge selection. Although we couldn't come to terms on my trade (because I'm stubborn) I put the purchase on the back burner. In Nov 2014 we were ready to buy and wanted to narrow our choice between an X5, GLK350, or an ML350, of which CBB had plenty to choose from. We picked the ML350 and it is perfect for our needs. The wife wanted white with a tan/brown interior, which was hard to find, and you guys had one! Once I committed the process was quick and easy and we were on our way home. I have to admit, although you're firm on your pricing my research showed me the prices were fair. Thank you James and Jeff for the enjoyable experience. More
