If you want your customers happy, you need to make sure you can provide them either a shuttle or reliable transportation such as a rental. More

He was straight-up about the cars they had for sale; he described the support, packages, additional services that came along with purchase of a car; he was clear about prices, and was sensitive to my budget (in fact he came in under it); he gave me a fair trade-in for my previous car; he went the extra mile to understand any concerns or questions I had, and then he took care of them. Rarely would I recommend a car dealership, but I definitely recommend this one. More

I called Chris Beaman and asked if they could provide the Car Fax, although he was off on that day he arranged for Chris Nall to email it to me, within minutes I was able to view it. This greatly aided in my decision to drive to the dealership to see the vehicle, where I was greeted by Andy Manahl. From there viewing/test drive/take home/purchase was very simple and all with no pressure. The buying experience was excellent due to the whole benz & beemer team. The "good" rating for quality of work is due to the car not being detailed to my satisfaction on final delivery. Noted the dust around the windows and brake dust/ dirt on rims once I got home. I'm sure the Andy would have corrected had I noticed it while at the dealership, however I feel it should have been done right the first time. Over all a great buying experience. I would buy from them again and would definitely recommend them, in fact I already have to coworkers that have viewed my new Caddy. More
