Extra Mile Service With a Smile I'd been to many other dealerships, and been discouraged by pushy sales people who made me feel like nothing more than my credit score. This was NOT the case with Certified Benz & Beemer, Dennis and Mo both offered exceptional, over the top, extra mile service and never once made me feel pressured and didn't allow me to feel discouraged about getting the vehicle I wanted. They researched cars and worked with banks until I walked away with the perfect vehicle for me at a price I was comfortable paying (including warranty). I have to say that Dennis Oyer is by far the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. Very open and honest about the pricing and Mo explained every part of the finance and warranty process. Average experience I went to Benz and Beemer knowing the vehicle I wanted. I test drove it and later called my salesman, Jamie, to ask about putting a deposit to hold it I went to Benz and Beemer knowing the vehicle I wanted. I test drove it and later called my salesman, Jamie, to ask about putting a deposit to hold it as my wife was out of the country. I was a bit shocked when a $2000 charge showed up on my AMEX card as a deposit. I ended up buying the 2012 Mercedes ML350. I was disappointed in the delivery condition of the vehicle. Whoever washed it left water spots on both outside mirrors and all over the vehicle. I had to rewash it when I got it home. Not acceptable for a "high end" dealership. I do give high marks to Dustin in finance, he was friendly and explained everything in detail. In my opinion, Benz and Beemer is nothing special, just another dealership. More
