From test driving at dealerships near me, I knew exactly the car I wanted...a 2011 or newer, gently owned, BMW 328i with manual transmission and low mileage. I couldn't find one within 500 miles of home, so the car I wanted...a 2011 or newer, gently owned, BMW 328i with manual transmission and low mileage. I couldn't find one within 500 miles of home, so I searched on Autotrader.com and found the only car listed that met my requirements at Certified Benz & Beemer in Scottsdale, AZ. I immediately called and began negotiations with Joe Lopez. After having checked the value at Edmunds.com, I knew the asking price was a good one, but asked if he could reduce the price of the vehicle by the amount of the plane ticket from Texas. He didn't hesitate. All this took place on a Saturday. Monday morning at 6:45 am, I was flying to Arizona. Joe picked me up at the airport, he and Chris guided me skillfully through all the paperwork, etc., and I was on my way home by noon in my AWESOME BMW!!!! This was May 14th. Today is June 19th, and I could NOT be more pleased with my purchase. THANK YOU CERTIFIED BENZ & BEEMER!! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Joe Lopez to anyone...they truly are a 'Class Act'!!! More

The was by far the fastest car buying experience that I have ever had. We had looked at other vehicles and chose CBB because of the upfront price that was extreemly competitive. I purchased a 3 series from this dealership 2 years ago and it was one of those experiences where it was so easy I assumed at some point I'd find out I'd been "had." I am a young female who knows little ab and it was one of those experiences where it was so easy I assumed at some point I'd find out I'd been "had." I am a young female who knows little about cars, and my experience purchasing this vehicle was great. I wasn't pressured, I got a fair deal on my trade in and a good price on the new car, good financing, and an easy process overall with people who were more than willing to take time to explain whatever I had questions about. While I had a great experience purchasing my car, the real reason I will be a repeat customer of this dealership is because of the service team. Bryan has patiently answered a barrage of questions from me and has always given me an honest opinion and a fair quote on services that are needed. I've taken my car into CBB to check out service lights, or reset my oil change reminder, or ask questions about quotes I'd received from other mechanics... and they've handled these as a courtesy to me, the customer (while the "big box" dealerships, who treat you as invisible unless you're looking to buy a car, were quoting me $90 to do the same thing). These guys repeatedly demonstrate that CBB operates with honesty and integrity, and that they care about creating lifetime customers. I love my 3 series and when I want to trade up in a couple of years (and I will, I love driving a BMW), I won't be going to BMW of North Scottsdale, I will be going to Certified Benz and Beemer. More
