Awesome experience!!! WOW! We purchased a used BMW 535i today, and Alex Kankus was our salesman. What a terrific job he did. My husband and I dread buying cars from dealers WOW! My husband and I dread buying cars from dealerships, because usually it takes at least 5 hours, and you feel like your donating an organ. Alex was so easy to deal with throughout the entire process. He made us feel comfortable, he was knowledgeable, and there was no pressure whatsoever. He showed us our options, and asked us if we liked any of them, and that was it. And it was his birthday, and didn't act like he needed to hurry us at all. Then, Dustin Johnson, the finance guy (you know the ones you never want to talk to), was very nice, informative, and very laid back. He explained everything thoroughly, and had us out of there in less than 20 min. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone of my family members or friends.
