CERTIFIED BENZ AND BEEMER IS THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING A EVER BEEN TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF GARBAGE AT A DEALERSHIP PLEASE READ. CERTIFIED BENZ AND BEEMER IS THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! On Monday, July 9, 2012 I went to a new car dealership in New Mexico (MELLOY NISSAN) where I found a 2009 370Z, sport package, platinum graphite metallic for $32,995.00. I was told the vehicle had been sold but I could buy a brand new 2012 370Z. I later found this was a LIE and the vehicle is STILL for sale. I agreed to purchase the new one and was offered $22,000 for my vehicle and was never allowed to negotiate a price on the 370Z. I spent 3 hours in the showroom with no one explaining anything to me. I was then given the key to my car and left. I was told by the sales manager he would have an answer for me by 9:30am on Tuesday, July 10, 2012. At 5:00pm I finally called and was treated like a piece of garbage by the sales manager (Vicente). I later learned Vicente was off that day and refused to help me purchase a car by telling me the deal was done and I wasn't able to get financed. I called the customer service manager (Paula) who gave me every answer I wanted to hear....unfortunately the actions of her dealership did not match what she said. I told another sales manager (Mark) that I was going to another dealership and he said "ok...that's fine." Could not believe a manager would be so willing to lose customers. As of Wednesday, July 11, 2012, I still had no idea what "deal" was sent to the banks for approval. After being feed up with the way I was being treated I began looking for another 370Z. I found Certified Benz and Beemer on the evening of Wednesday, July 11, 2012. At approximately 10:00pm I sent an inquiry for a 2009 370Z, sport package, platinum graphite metallic for $25,988 ($7007.00 cheaper than the first one). I also completed a trade in form explaining my vehicle and completed a finance application. I wasn't expecting much :) On Thursday, July 12, 2012, at approximately 8:00 am I received a call from Barry Bridges. I was expecting to have to completely repeat everything I had entered on the forms the night previous......I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. Barry explained a little bit about his dealership (not overwhelming) and explained how the process worked. At approximately 10:27 hours I was sent an "online negotiation" invitation. I clicked on this form and found several options available to me regarding interest rates (which were almost half what I was offered at the other dealership) and different options for terms and down payment (even zero down). I was also offered $250.00 more for my trade in than I was offered at the other dealership. The total cost of my deal, out the door, was $31,818.39 (less than the price of the other car). I saved $7257.00 by purchasing my car at Certified Benz and Beemer. The total money I saved on the life of my loan was $18,820.93. If you want to save money, time, aggravation and alot of mind games buy your car from this place. I will never buy another car from another dealer. Clearly, Certified Benz and Beemer is in the business of helping customers buy cars and Melloy Nissan is in the business of helping customers fatten the companies pockets. More

My overall experience was very good and would recomend CBB to anyone looking for a quality used auto. I only have one complaint and that is there was only one key available for the car I purchased I reque CBB to anyone looking for a quality used auto. I only have one complaint and that is there was only one key available for the car I purchased I requested as part of the terms of purchase that I wanted a second key at there expense. I was told that there were no keys available any where and that it would be at least 6 months to a year to obtain one which is totally untrue I made one phone call after I got home and will have a new key (at my expense) within 1 week. So bottom line someone there was not being totally truthful. More
After 20 years of living in NYC, my partner and I planned to relocate to L.A. after taking the summer off for a "sabbatical" in AZ. Having been out of the car owning or buying market for two decades, it too to relocate to L.A. after taking the summer off for a "sabbatical" in AZ. Having been out of the car owning or buying market for two decades, it took a lot of reading, research, and test driving cars to figure out what we wanted. Finally settled on an Infiniti G37 Coupe, but we discovered that one unpleasant fact hasn't changed in 20 years: most car dealerships are not run in an honest, transparent, or helpful way for the customers. However, Certified Benz & Beemer is a stand out exception to the otherwise dismal car buying marketplace. In fact, CBB made the process COMFORTABLE and even FUN. On our 1st visit to the showroom, we met Alex Kankus (salesman) who showed us a few cars, including the Infiniti that we ended up buying a few weeks later. He patiently explained CBB's operating and pricing philosophy, the features of the cars, relative insurance and fuel costs of the different models, and the like. He remained HELPFUL, EVEN TEMPERED, and PLEASANT to work with, even after we told him the car we test drove was out of our $$ range. He was COOL with that and even offered to keep his eye out to try to find something that would be in our range, all with no pushiness or aggression. I thought that attitude was very CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY and clearly showed that this dealership takes a more long-term, RELATIONSHIP approach to customer service, rather than the wham-bam, transactional approach of some that try to hurry up and sell you something, then get you out the door before you figure out what happened. After a near-miss transaction on a similar car with another (stereotypically crooked) dealership in another part of town, we returned to CBB to drive the G37 again. I tried to negotiate a lower price than CBB was asking, but Alex (again CALMLY and PROFESSIONALLY) explained to me that CBB's asking price was already below comps. So, I left the dealership and spent about 36 hours doing my own pricing research, and guess what......Alex was telling the TRUTH! At his price, I would be getting the car BELOW the Edmunds TMV value, the NADA Guides price estimate, and the KBB value. I don't know if other customers get such a good deal, but the point is that the pricing process is TRANSPARENT and HONEST. So, two days later after agreeing on their price, I went back to CBB and in less than 2 hours, they got me a GREAT RATE on financing and I was driving away with my dream car. Tracy in financing was EFFICIENT, HELPFUL, and SWEET. A gentleman named Ed (last name?) offered out of the blue to help me hook up the Bluetooth phone connection in my new car. On buying day, I also met the owner and another senior manager, both of whom were FRIENDLY and OPEN, and why not....they are working for a truly exceptional firm that does not rely on deception to make money. So, all of you at CBB, keep up the good work and please live up to this review for the next guy/gal. I definitely will be calling on you guys again next time I need a new ride! More
I was searching the web for a used 2012 Mercedes C350. Benz & Beemer popped up with a vehicle that matched almost to the options what I was looking for. I made email contact with the dealership and almost immediately received a response from Joey Matos. He was always there to answer any questions about the vehicle and sent me a couple of videos of the vehicle. I sent over mutiple emails with questions and Joey would always respond in a timely manner with the information I needed. I could not have asked for any better customer service. Same great experience in my negotiations with Lee Grubbs. He was just as responsive and I felt that he was always dealing with me as a professional who cared about my concerns and that I received the vehicle that I sought for a fair price. In the end, my wife and I decided to delay a vehicle purchase for now but I would not hesitate to do business with Certified Benz & Beemer again when we enter the market down the road. More

Whole process from finding the vehicle online to delivery was a low pressure, informed process; everyone, especially the sales rep (Barry Bridges), was courteous and accommodating. Had a problem with the AC upon delivery, the vehicle was immediately taken for problem solving, problem was corrected/fixed, and vehicle was delivered with no additional cost or grief.
