Wonderful Car Shopping Experience! I am in the market to purchase a late model BMW. I was promptly greeted by James Valentine who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly while answering my numerous questions. The interaction felt like any but being in a used car dealership and in fact was far superior than my experience at BMW. Although I am not ready to purchase today, I feel that the information shared by James and his no pressure approach will bring me back once I am ready.
