Only minuses were that markings made on the headlights with marker were not removed, so I had to remove them with rubbing alcohol when I got home and the gas tank was not full on delivery, which having worked at dealerships in the past, it is standard (or used to be) to deliver the car with a full tank. My son needed a car and after looking online new just what he wanted, I called and spoke to Jim who confirmed he had the car. We came in the next day and looked at the car we wanted and some pictures of couple of cars that Jim recommended. I thought to myself "here we go again" another salesman trying to put us into something we don't want, but surprisingly he did not push. There is no negotiating so that was very pleasant and felt that Jim was truly there to make our experience great, everything was straight forward and I did not get the feeling being conned or pressured at all. We were in out out with all paperwork complete in about 2hrs opposed to all day at other places. Instead of coming home exhausted and mad we came home happy,stress free, and confident with our purchase. That's. A fist for me. Thanks CBB More
