First Experience and it was Excellent! 2014 BMW X6 I have to say that I have "NEVER" purchased a car over the internet, out of state, sight unseen, used, and with a value close to $60,000. This was definitely a first and out of my normal character. Dealing with Jeff Hallenbeck and Chris Reyes was not what I expected. They were non-pressure, factual, professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. -- Not the stereotypical used car salesmen as most have dealt with sometime in their lives. I'm a pretty picky guy and I'm sure both Chris and Jeff would say I asked a lot of questions and may have gone a bit overboard given this was my first experience dealing with B & B. But both gentlemen went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied even to the extend of Jeff personally inspecting the car and sending videos taken from his cell phone with narrative showing all detail of the car. Now that is what I consider good customer service making sure I'm satisfied! The proof is always when the car shows up and if its everything presented. I can attest the X6 was exactly what I expected and I am very pleased. I have to admit I was a bit nervous what would come and how I would handle a problem if it existed. But now I have all the confidence in the world with B&B and especially Jeff and Chris. They were fantastic to deal with. I have already recommended B&B to several friends and employees. No doubt I will use them in the future. It's nice to know they can be trusted and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Making the best out a bad situation I recently bought a Ford Focus from this dealership for my son and sadly from the first day I bought it - it had problems with the transmission and ot I recently bought a Ford Focus from this dealership for my son and sadly from the first day I bought it - it had problems with the transmission and other items. The car drove poorly and it was a bad experience all round. I returned the car to the dealer and told them I was very unhappy with the car and that it needed fixing. The car would shudder every time I took it through the gears. To cut a long story short- Ford did nothing but Benz and Beemer took the car back from me and traded it against another vehicle (a chevy volt) - they gave me back my money I paid for the vehicle (excl taxes, title and reg and the doc fee). I had only had the car for 8 weeks. Both myself and the dealer lost out on this transaction financially - but we worked together to make the best of a bad situation. They took back the Ford and I was happy with the trade of the chevy volt. Travis Walters and Chris Nall worked hard to help me and they appreciated my concerns from day one. They were gentleman to deal with and courteous at all times. Rocio in finance is a pleasure to deal with and was very transparent thoughout. This is now my third purchase with Benz and Beemer and I plan to return to them in the future. What makes a company a 'great company' is when they do the right thing at each juncture. More
