We have experienced nightmare dealerships and mediocre dealerships. The last was a nightmare and we left there so worn out and miserable and beating ourselves up for not listening to the reviews that were horrible. We were skeptical on visiting the B & B because we had read some reviews that weren't in their favor. I convinced my fiancé to give them a shot and we could always walk out. When we walked into the showroom we were so pleasantly greeted by Jeff Hallenbeck with a genuinely warm friendly personality. He shook all of hands, asked our names and determined our interest. He quickly got our family in the car of our interest for a test drive. We came back, told him we were ready to buy, and he explained warranty and service options available to us IF we were interested. No pushy sales stuff with Jeff. He focused on making this purchase pleasant and personal for his customers which he did better than any dealership employee we have encountered. We were so impressed with Jeff that we were sure when we got into the finance office, our impression of the dealership would be shattered. To our surprise Tracey Weaver was equally as pleasant to work with. We have been so pressed in finance offices and made to feel "stupid" if we declined certain offers. We experienced the smoothest fiancé office process we ever had. We are so burnt out buying cars for our teenagers that we were so dreading last Saturday having to do it again but you two made it so simple, quick and stress free. We are truely grateful for that. I also have to add that a friend of mine who owns a body shop asked me today where I ended up buying my daughters car. When I told him he said he had a friend who purchased a car there and had a bad experience. I found myself defending B & B and telling him "Then there's something wrong with your friend. This place was AMAZING!" :) Next comes the service department that I was told to call on Monday to have the A/C serviced. I was thinking to myself, this is where the disappointment will set in. They made the sale already why would they want to continue to cater to our needs. Other dealerships created grief over fixing any problems with their used vehicles. NOT B&B! Bryan Sullivan answered my call in the service department with such an enthusiastic, humorous, helpful personality and eagerly wanted to help make our recent car purchase RIGHT. He didn't even tell me when to bring the car in, but asked when it would be convient for me to bring it in to him so he could make it perfect. Wow! We never had that before. Completely unexpected. We are honestly grateful to all of you so making car buying what it should be! It is my hope that each one of you will be recognized for your extraordinary work and service. I really cannot find enough words to explain our wonderful experience at B&B. Thank you so much! I hope you guys have our next car on your lot! More

Andy went above and beyond to make sure My car was detailed exactly how I like and all the paper was done so all I had to do was to sign the docs. Jesus the detailed was very courteous and had an excellent work ethic.. Jack is the best owner I've ever dealt with. I am a difficult barterer and he displayed great patience and customer service. I'd want the car for free but he was respectful during the deal, I will buy from him again and send him people I know.. Lastly I know Mo worked his tail off and was a big help with the financing of the car. More
