I have had good, bad and ugly dealings with dealerships in the past. The experience I had with Certified Benz and Beemer in Scottsdale, was easily the best to date. The sales staff (Chris Nall in particular) is not pushy or fake. My wife and I were treated well and not pressured at all. We knew what we wanted, and no one tried to sell us something we didn't need, or want. We actually ended up buying the exact used vehicle we had intended to. To top the entire experience off, we didn't have to spend an entire day waiting or negotiating. Our Finance Manager (Tracey), was very helpful, informative and no-noncense. Dealings with the staff after the sale has been awesome as well. We actually ran across our saleman (Chris) at the gas station the next day. He went out of his way to see how we were, and if we were happy with our purchase (which we are!). The whole experience was painless. In fact, I would go so far as to say, enjoyable! More

Courtesy and informative in all respects even if you don't end up buying here they will treat you with professional class and respect. I started out on the Certified Benz & Beemer website. It is well put together and very informative. I called and got Danny on the phone and he started the process of finding me a great pre-owned vehicle. It is well put together and very informative. I was surprised by the whole process compared to other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. We were looking for a quality used BMW M3. After searching many dealerships and seeing nothing that really "did it for me"; we arrived at Certified Benz and Beemer. We had been there a week earlier searching many dealerships and seeing nothing that really "did it for me"; we arrived at Certified Benz and Beemer. We had been there a week earlier to see their M3's and felt the prices were too high. But; upon arriving we saw "The One" and it had been lowered by around $4K. The other M3 they had for sale was literally leaving the dealership as we were there having been sold. Mo greeted us and showed us the car and was very honest about everything. Including the fact that he could not come down on the price of the car I wanted. I have never bought a car I could not negotiate. First time for everything I guess!! Long story short...Mo offered 2 new rear tires, a clear bra remove and wax/detail, and a full tank of gas. The price of the car was very market correct. I was not able to "steal" the car through a great deal; and I did not overpay for the car. BMW resale values are good. Mo was very helpful through the whole process (took maybe 2 hours total); got us financed, and kept in touch with me to make sure I was satisfied. More

Paige was wonderful to work with. Quick to respond to me email, once I showed interest in the Lexus. She called me within seconds and set up a day & time to come test drive the car the next day. We found a BMW online and went "to look" at it to see if it was close to what we were after. The experience we had with Alex was absolutely nothing like a typical experience you have while buying to see if it was close to what we were after.
