Great experience I started out working with Andy over the phone on an Audi Q5 that had just come into inventory. There were no pictures yet, but the description matched what I was looking for so I contacted the dealership. Andy was very nice and helpful and did everything he could to get me all the information I wanted. He even offered to drive to car down to my work so that I could see it before another scheduled appointment. That did not end up working out, but it was very solid customer service. He was not able to be there when I came into the dealership to see the car, but I dealt with Danny and Junior Quintana. They were both accommodating and very respectful during the negotiations. I waited quite a while in order to get into the finance area after dealing with the Quintanas, so that process could have been sped up a bit just to sign a few papers. Ultimately I have a nice experience at Certified Benz and Beemer. More

He listened to what we had to say and directed us to a couple of vehicles that had the things we were looking for. Found the one we wanted, and the rest was easy! Above and beyond I was visiting from out of town when the rear window of my BMW X5 had an unfortunate encounter with a gas pipe in the hotel parking garage. Bryan Sull I was visiting from out of town when the rear window of my BMW X5 had an unfortunate encounter with a gas pipe in the hotel parking garage. Bryan Sullivan in the service department allowed me to bring my vehicle straight in, despite the fact that the dealer simply contracts out the glass service. He not only kept my car secure until I could contact my insurance company, but he located a glass company which could get the glass installed while I was in town. He kept in touch with me throughout the process and notified me when the car was ready for pickup. Bryan went way above and beyond to help make a frustrating situation as pleasant and painless as possible, and made me so very grateful to be a new BMW owner. I knew BMW service was outstanding; however, I was amazed at the care and attention I received at Certified Benz and Beemer of Scottsdale, and Bryan in particular, for a service provided by an outside company, through an insurance claim, for a non-local. I highly recommend giving them your business. More
