Average I wasn't offered a rental car when my car was at the shop having warranty work repaired. If you want your customers happy, you need to make sure you can provide them either a shuttle or reliable transportation such as a rental. More

He was straight-up about the cars they had for sale; he described the support, packages, additional services that came along with purchase of a car; he was clear about prices, and was sensitive to my budget (in fact he came in under it); he gave me a fair trade-in for my previous car; he went the extra mile to understand any concerns or questions I had, and then he took care of them. Rarely would I recommend a car dealership, but I definitely recommend this one. More
