Not only is that REAl bad bussiness But ALSO IILegal But he said "If your insurance is out of AZ claim it it wont cost you ANYTHING.. Thankfully Jack the owner said NO we are NOT going to do that, This is also the person that had 2 of the ladys there call me on 2 differant days and try to tell me that they HAD to have my credit card to (1) pay the salesmen (Tracey) was her name and then 3 days later have another lady call me and say she could NOT close out my file because she needed my card. But PLEASE let me say that i put in a call to the owner well a email and he got back to me within 10mins. And made it clear that "THEY" (Lee) made a Bad mistake, and Now he (Lee) wants to have a PRIVATE back door under the table Conversation ? REALLY dude i DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING to say to you.... i sign a form that tell US that we have a deal we are bound to deal with this with MEDIATION AND BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT now maybe they dont think it matters but i DO " This agreement is part of our contract, so lets do whats RIGHT !!!!! More

Delightful Sales Experience Was browsing the Internet looking for a nice used vehicle when I discovered CBB. I completed a simple questionnaire and was contacted by one Jeff Hallenbeck. We spoke (via email) about a few cars, one in particular that I eventually bought. Jeff was very courteous and seemed very interested in meeting my needs. We set an appointment and I arrived at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. First thing I notice was the atmosphere was upbeat and everyone was very cordial. I met Jeff and we took a look at the car that I was interested in. It was everything that Jeff said it was. The negotiations process took a little less than an hour. There was absolutely no haggling, no threats of getting up leaving the table. It was a rather smooth process. Jeff listened at my situation and where I wanted to be in terms of price and trade in. I can truly say that the entire process was stressed free.
