I cannot emphisize how much I enjoyed working with this dealership. This is the 3rd auto I have purchased from them and each purchase has been a wonderful experience! It has been at least three years that I've been trying to purchase a vehicle from Certified Benz and Beemer and Danny has always been there to help me. Unfortunately because of some credit issues I have not purchase a vehicle from Certified Benz and Beemer and Danny has always been there to help me. I went in with a plan of action! I found what I wanted and knew what I wanted to pay per month and what I needed for my trade-ins. Jack Schneider was not in for a couple of days as he was on a business trip as to why Marcus called back when he did, I am sure if Jack was in a deal would of been reached the day I was there. I must say though I was a tad upset on my first visit but like a said Marcus came back with what I needed and that was all I was asking. In the end I got what I need for my trades, got what I needed for monthly payment, got an even better interest rate then then I thought and drove out with a great car!!! I have had to bring the car back for some tinting I needed changed and it was painless and the guys where great to deal with and thus far everybody I have talked too where very nice. Even Jack Schneider was easy to talk to and I was pleased that he took the time just to chit chat with me. I love how Marcus has emailed and called me to make sure that everything has been going good with my new purchase. More

From my initial inquiry phone call to Jeff to his follow up call to confirm our visit, and our subsequent test drive and purchase, Jeff and his colleagues made this purchasing process the most comfortable, helpful, hassle-free, simple and expeditious car buying experience we've ever had. Even though in need of a car, we have been putting off visits to dealerships because of the painful process typically encountered. In fact, earlier today I visited another dealership to test drive a car I viewed online, only to find they don't even have the car in their inventory. They then wasted another hour of my time "selling" me on an online purchase and trying to convince me to look at other vehicles for which I had no interest. We will likely be in the market for another car in the near future. We just bought or 2nd vehicle from Jeff and the B&B team and our experience was just as great as the first time. The new building is amazing and the service matches. After a few hours of looking around at other dealerships we returned to B&B and to our surprise my concerns with the vehicle had been addressed with the dealership not even aware of my concerns. As I was pulling out ready for my 100 mile road trip back to Tucson in my beautiful new car I noticed a full tank, which was great. We were in and out and very comfortable the entire time.
