Before I purchased my Lexus last week, I had the vehicle evaluated by my own mechanic for my own peace of mind. The response from my mechanic was that the vehicle was sound but it could use a transmission service and an engine oil change. Barry Bridges, my sales rep, included that in the final deal. I had this work performed earlier this week. In addition, the AM portion of the radio had a weak signal. Stacey in service agreed to evaluate the antenna and it turns out there was a loose connection. Problem solved! The process was fast, painless, and professional! Well done Stracey. More

The only knock on them is the excessive communications asking to recommend them on this site. I purchased the vehicle just over 2 weeks ago and have been contacted via phone, traditional mail, and email many times regarding this - especially by email. So many times in fact that Gmail's spam filter was filtering out the emails. Our last shot for the day was Certified Benz and Beemer of Scottsdale. We knew exactly what we wanted and they had it. With fear and trepidation did we enter this upscale dealership in Scottsdale, wondering what sort of interesting sales tactics we would have to dodge or out maneuver. I went in fully expecting to have to witness the traditional embarrassing charade of feigned interest from a car salesman. While at the same time being forced to do the kind of math, which never seems to add up. 2 seconds in, and a sigh of relief. A handshake, a walk around the vehicle and a test drive in under five minutes. A genuine dialogue ensued and even heartfelt laughter was exchanged. Loved the vehicle. Stepped out, handed the key back and suggested a price. Started the paperwork process with 10 minutes, and drove away In roughly an hour and a half. Bill was completely forthright and honest, and perfectly professional. What a perfect end to an otherwise stressful experience. I will never dread car shopping again! Yay for Bill! More

I had not gone through the car buying experience since 1981, since past employers have provided a car to me year over year. CBB was the first dealer I visited when I started my search for a luxury used vehicle. At that time, I had no grounds for comparison. I left CBB after they initially made their best offer to me. I didn't realize how pleasant an experience buying from them might be until aftr I visited five other dealers (4/5 = nightmare!). Through the initial visit, as well as the second and final visit ten days later, if I had one word to describe the people with whom I dealt, it would be "professional". They are not "used car salesmen". Rather, they are "sales professionals". My sales rep was Barry Bridges. He was positive and friendly throughout the sales process. He negotiated with me fairly on the sales price, my trade in, and in the end, was able to obtain what I considered to be a favorable finance rate. I was also impressed with the sales manager, Normand Neal. No pressure, no bogus sales tactics. Both Barry and Normand had excellent follow up. I would gladly recommend Certified Benz Beemer to anyone searching for a new or used luxury vehicle. I might add that Tracy Weaver in finance was terrific. She had me in and out of the financing portion of this transaction quickly, and explained everything very well. Kudos to you all! More
