Kevin along with Benz & Beemers were able to take a very unpleasant situation of mine and turn it into very positive experience. My 323 IS was being returned to myself by another auto shop, after having some service work done to it. The car was totaled by a non registered, non-insured, non licensed driver. I loved my car and i was very attached to it, I had invested well over 5K into it the car in the past 12 months, as it was worth more on the private market that the Blue Book value, and worth much more to myself therefore. This being the fact of the financial and emotional lost, I really was not in the mode to be car shopping. I first did some research on the internet and then met with Kevin on a Friday evening late to look at a few vehicles that I inquired about. Keven was extremely professional, never any pressure, informative and let me do the shopping. The nice thing was he NEVER made a reference about time or look at his watch as it was getting late and close to closing. I made some decisions and wanted to go back on Saturday to view the cars in the daylight. He had my top two choices ready for me when I arrived. I test drove them again and inquired about a couple of others. Still no pressure to decide on what car and very professional at all times. I made a decision later that day. I was able to drive home with the car of my choice. I loved the fact that there were no games with pricing. all the warranty options are up front and truly options. No hidden games here with B&B. Great service & Great products, I will be back and will refer anyone I can to consider B&B. They made lemonade out of lemons for me! More

My entire experience with this Dealership has been great. This is the second car I have purchased from Certified Benz and Beemer. My first purchase went great as well. I did a lot of research on the car I wanted and this dealership had the best deal around. I stopped in after work one day to take a look at the car I wanted. I knew what I wanted before I went in which helped make the car buying process go quickly. I spoke with Will May and he was great. Will was very friendly, personable, honest and up front. Communication between us went very well and with the no haggle pricing, we agreed on a deal very quickly. In fact I came in, bought the car and drove home in the new car in about half an hour and that includes going thru financing and buying their extended warranty. I worked with Maggie in financing and she was great as well. She even remembered me from when I bought my first car from them. I absolutely love the car I bought from them and everything mechanically works perfectly but after driving the car for a couple of days I noticed there was a couple of the options on the car that we not working properly. Will actually called me before I was going to call him to check and see how everything was going and so I let him know about what wasn't working so he set me up with Maurice in their service department. Certified Benz and Beemer offers a 3 month/3000 mile warranty for all of their cars they sell plus I also bought the extended warranty. I have bought extended warranties for other cars I have had in the past and they were such a hassle to try and use and had to jump thru all kind of hoops just to use them. But not at Certified Benz and Beemer. Once I started working with Maurice and he was awesome. He took care of everything. He is very friendly, honest and easy to work with. He treated me like a person not like another customer. They needed to order some parts so they were going to have my my car for a couple of days. He scheduled me an appointment and set me up with a loaner car, which is part of the extended warranty, to get everything fixed. The mechanics fixed what needed to be fixed and checked their work to make sure everything worked the way its supposed to. The even made a minor improvement to a piece that was working but could have potentially have gone out soon just to make sure it stayed working and to save me a trip from having to have it worked on. I even spoke with Lee one of the GMs and he was a very friendly and funny guy. They have a very broad range of vehicles on inventory and even though I didn't buy one of their super high end cars, I never felt like I wasn't important to them. I have no connection to anyone at Certified Benz and Beemer, I just happened to buy a car from them. But I am very satisfied with every encounter I have had with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone. More

I am pretty knowledgeable about the BMW product considering I have had a half a dozen or so myself and I would usually go to the BMW specific dealer to purchase my car. I decided to give Certified a try and I am glad I did. The vehicle I bought was a 2011 328 coupe. They disclosed everything about the vehicle, they let me take it for a couple days to see if i even liked it and they took care of EVERYTHING I requested in the price. They provided me with a courtesy loaner while my vehicle was getting services requested done and treated me like I was their number one priority... When i am ready for another vehicle or if anyone asks where to go I would highly recommend Certified Benz and Beemer over any other high line dealer in the valley. More

I originally went to the dealership to purchase a car for my son. I had originally spoken with Chris. However Chris had his associate Jim there waiting for me when we arrived as Chris was with another custom my son. I had originally spoken with Chris. Jim was friendly and courteous and very professional. He was informative about the Mitsubishi Eclipse I was there to see and he answered all my questions. He made the experience easy. I was also inquiring about a Mercedes Benz which was the car I had always wanted and he was prepared to answer my questions and show me their inventory. I was impressed that he went to bat for me with his manager to get me the numbers for the car I was willing to pay for it. He made it possible for me to buy two cars today and I am very happy with my purchases and the staff were all very friendly and courteous, Tracy was wonderful with the document signing portion of the transaction.
