He provided a postive response everytime I explained my concern. I truly appreciate how Travis never dropped the ball, he guided me from the beginning of my repair to the end. I was so amazed, I have passed out business cards to my clients and family. Travis, Thank You for Professional,caring customer service five stars is not enough!!! Exceptional Experience On my initial visit I was unable to find a car that met my budget requirements. Berrin, the salesman, offered to keep his eye out for what I was looki On my initial visit I was unable to find a car that met my budget requirements. Berrin, the salesman, offered to keep his eye out for what I was looking for and a week later called to tell me he had found the exact car I wanted for the exact price I needed it to be. Within 24 hours I was the proud owner of a new car... My children were treated well by other employees while I filled out paperwork, they especially enjoyed watching Disney channel and the licorice while they waited. I appreciated all the smiling, patient faces... Our overall experience was exceptional. More

Trustworthy! I took my Mercedes in for a scheduled service and paid about half of what other Mercedes dealerships quoted me. I also had them do a transmission flus I took my Mercedes in for a scheduled service and paid about half of what other Mercedes dealerships quoted me. I also had them do a transmission flush and front/rear differential service. I was told I didn't need to do those for another 10,000 miles but I did them anyways. Being a female bringing my car in for service I felt very comfortable here and felt that I could really trust these guys. I was never hit with any additional services that I did not need. Tyson was very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. I was also offered a loaner for the day and was able to run my errands while my car was being serviced. More

Tyson went the extra mile for me. I dropped my car off for service and Tyson was nice enough to make arrangements to give me a ride to my appointment. Given my situation Tyson was quick to offer a solution of having my car be delivered to me. This was a welcomed solution that not only exceeded my expectations it demonstrated to me that Certified B&B is customer focused. I'm a customer for life--these guys are awesome!! More
