I needed to replace a vehicle that was totaled in an accident. I had seen several cars on the Internet for sale by CBB so I stopped by to take a look. As I walked around the lot Marvin greeted me. We then went on to talk about life in Arizona after finding out we both were transplants from Ohio and Indiana. The more Marvin and I talked I became more and more comfortable with him. We became like friends instead of salesman & customer. We did not talk about any cars in particular and there was absolutely no pressure to do so. I took a card from Marvin and left. About ten days later I was ready to purchase a car and remembered my experience with Marvin so I went back to CBB to look for him. He again greeted me like an old friend. We went to his office and began looking at cars on the CBB Internet site (BTW much better than walking the lot in 100+ degree heat.). We found a 2007 Acura TL in my price range and test drove it. It was love at first sight which I never do. All told after the test drive and my decision to buy, it took another 45 minutes and the car had been washed, gassed up and I was driving home. This level of customer service and no haggling sales experience is rare. To top it all off - I drove to CBB in a rental car - Marvin took care of getting my personal items out of it and got it back to the rental company for me. Everyone has their own experiences and stories to tell and my story concerning CBB and Marvin are as it has been explained and I'm sticking to it. I would buy from CBB and Marvin again. Glenn was an excellent sales person. We went back to the dealership probably 4-5 times before purchasing our vehicle and everytime Glenn greeted us with a smile and never rushed us. I must say, the finance guy wasnt the friendliest in the world, but Glenn's fantastic attitude and politeness outweighed the rest. Also, this dealer does have beautiful vehicles. We were actually interested in a number of vehicles at this location; most of them fair prices. The next time we are in the market for a vehicle we will definitely be going back to purchase from Glenn at Certified Benz & Beemer. More

I bought a vehicle from them almost a year ago . It was the worst experiance I have had purchasing a vehicle ever, and have purchased over 20 cars between my wife and I. I am still yet to get the vehicle fixed correctly and even though other shops say that the car has problems in the transmission benz and beemer wont fix it, and this has been going on and have had the vehicle back to them since day one. I notified them the day I left the dealer with the car that the tranny was bad. They brought it back 2 times. 1 time they kept it 3 weeks with out talking to us plus the extended warranty that I had originally purchased got cancelled because they waited to long to send it in . I should have walked away the day my wife and I drove the car since the minute we informed them that we wanted it our sales lady took our info to the sales manager and then disapeared . The car had never been detailed and several speakers were blown and 1 was missing. So much for the pre delivery inspection. The last time we took the car in they told us nothing was wrong. Come to find out they just let it sit in the back because the second the service manager drove it up to allow us to take it he witnessed the problem , But by that time we just wanted our vehicle back. They are not concerned with anything but money. once the sale was final its off to the next unfortunate person to be on their lot. I will never recommend them to anyone and have filed a complaint with the BBB to which its been almost 2 weeks and no responce from them . Just recieved another letter from the BBB saying that they havent heard from them and are sending them a reminder. Please dont ever purchase a car from this dealer, They only want your money and then they will be done with you. More
