My credit situation is far from excellent but Chris worked tirelessly to help make the purchase comfortable for me. There is no better feeling then dropping your car off and knowing its going to be well taken care of. Owning a BMW can be expensive as I found out going to the dealership, BUT Certified has made it pleasura knowing its going to be well taken care of. I know that they are only going to fix things that need to be fixed and/or suggest the things that are most important. I do not have to worry I'm going to have a $2,000 service bill every time I walk out of there like I have experienced in the past with other dealers. Everyone is friendly, willing to go above and beyond the call of duty... from giving me a loaner if needed and/or dropping my off at the airport if I'm leaving my car.
