stopped by to see a car, was not sure i was going to purchase yet. No pressure sales, courteous and friendly. First visit and test drive appeared to not be the correct vehicle based on numbers. Greatest dealership I have ever dealt with. I was going to purchase a car from them for an incredible value. A car that is sold for 32,000 dollars almost EVERYWHERE was being sold to me (certified) for 4 t to purchase a car from them for an incredible value. I had to back out of the deal because of a financial emergency, but when we get situated to buy a new car in the Spring, we will choose them to be our dealership. I had wanted to check out Benz and Beemer for quite sometime. Not really 'needing' a car as we have several. I was very impressed by the showroom as well as the inventory of Benz and Beemer. I saw a car I liked, however I had an appointment and told Bill I would return later with my wife. We returned, drove the car and decided to purchase the vehicle. No pressure, just a nice, friendly car buying experience. The way it should be. Tracey in finance did the paperwork and couldn't be nicer. I have recomended Benz and Beemer to friends and relatives. If you are like me, you have bought a bunch of cars from different dealers over the years. The sales persons are generally friendly, somewhat knowledgeable and eager to gain your business. However, once you leave the lot with your purchase, they don’t really want to see you again. They have moved on to the next customers. In my experience with Certified Benz and Beemer, that’s not what happened and I could not be happier about it. Daniel Quintana was my salesman. When I bought a used Porsche, the prior owner only brought in one of the two keys. These keys are pretty expensive, so I was disappointed that I would need to buy another as back up. I mentioned it to Danny, and he recalled that the owner thought he still had the other key. Danny promised to track it down. I thought, sure you will. Once I drive off, I will never hear from you again. That’s not what happened, and I could not be more impressed. Danny called me a week later and indicated he had spoken to the prior owner. Danny promised to stay on it and even suggested he would drop by the owner’s house to collect the key. Another week went by, and Danny leaves me a voice mail, indicating that the owner was out of town, but he was still on it. The next week, another voice mail, Danny has the key. I drop by Certified Benz and Beemer, pick up the Key and away I go. Here is a guy that is still on my team three weeks after the sale. I expected less than I got, and I could not be more impressed with Daniel Quintana and Certified Benz and Beemer. The car is great and my sales experience exceeded expectations because of what happened after the sale. It’s the little things that make such as difference, and Danny delivered just like he promised.
