Un-happy coustmer We walked in knowing what we wanted. 15 mins. to fine the car we were looking for. Went for a drive and bought the car. We had new wheels put on the car. The Sales man was unable to give us information on the vehicle. Not knowing the product, he's sealing. It was a 2011, E350. Couldn't seem to get all his paper work done in a timely manner. Gary was going to have the car cleaned while we were waiting, that didn't happen. We were to get 2 sets of keys to the car. The second key didn't fit the car, not his problem. It cost us $280.00 for the second Key. When I called Gary back, he didn't know who I was. I know it was a walk in walk out deal, no trade-in, but we should have had better service. I still have to have the car detailed, because there is still food and drink on the dash board. My other car is a BMW, and the sales people and my Service man knows me when I go into there dealership. So far I am not satisfied with your dealership. Wish I didn't purchase the maintenance's agreement for it now. Mrs. Edith Bloom More
