My wife and I were looking for a hardtop convertible and saw a 335i on CBB's webpage. We drove to the dealership to have a look, and I have to say it was a pleasurable experience. There were no "vultures" standing outside waiting for the next victim. We went inside and were greeted by a salesperson that allowed us to look at different models and answered our questions. We decided we liked the 335i that we originally went there to look at. I asked for some numbers and was introduced to Chris. Chris worked up the numbers and gave us a full disclosure right off the bat, not the "four square" sheet that most dealerships use to maximize profits. We informed Chris that wanted to talk about it overnight and he did not push us to purchase now. He gave me the full disclosure sheet so we would have the numbers to look at while we were deciding. I called back, and subsequently went back the following day to let Chris know we wanted to purchase. I completed the necessary paperwork while I was there. We took delivery 2 days later. Tracey was the finance person and she was also straightforward with all of the paperwork and did not give us any "surprises". Kevin delivered the car to us and he was very thorough showing us all of the features. Kevin and Chris also offered a future refresher instruction session if we needed one. We have now have had the car for a week and no buyers remorse. We love the car and would highly recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to anyone. More

Once I had finally sold my vehicle, I got a hold of Jeff again and the deal couldn't have went smoother. He got me the price I wanted without haggling with me and made sure I was happy with the deal.
