I decided to purchase from Certified because they had the lowest price for the luxury vehicle I was looking for. The buying process was simple after I asked how I could get the lowest upfront cost- Refinanc lowest price for the luxury vehicle I was looking for. The buying process was simple after I asked how I could get the lowest upfront cost- Refinance (note that I researched with the banks weather I would be penalized for doing so abruptly) All terms were in my favor for the refinance, so I got the car. I was pleased with Certified Benz & Beemer, Personable sales staff nice environment. Original price from Certified:@10,000 after Fees and Surcharges- Dealer Financeing: 60 mo. @ about $220 per mo. My working: 72 mo. @$165 mo. My worries were that the refinance could not go thru for some bureaucratic reason and I be stuck with the -for me unaffordable monthly payment, I was assured by my salesman and the financing mng. that in certain times the dealership could help "make the situation right" by "helping me out" This was a comfort tho it was not in writing was the only ill feeling I got. I was overall happy with my purchase, in better financial footing I would have had a great experience. I would like to have had a better feeling of trust in reference to the return period vs. financing/title processing time with having a statement in writing for peace of mind. Mo was very helpful and worked hard to get me financed. We was very helpful in driving me home after the purchase and replacing a tail light that was out. From beginning to end my purchase of a 2009 Honda Pilot was great. I had been looking for about a month to purchase a vehicle that me and my family would really loved. Other dealers probably had the type was great. I had been looking for about a month to purchase a vehicle that me and my family would really loved. Other dealers probably had the type of vehicles that we wanted but something did not feel right. Coming to Certified Benz and Beemer that Saturday afternoon was the best choice. Mo allowed us to take the vehicle for a test drive by ourselves so that we would feel more comfortable, once we came back to the dealer we only asked to show us what numbers and options we had to complete the purchase. Within a couple of hours the deal was completed and I was going to pick the vehicle on Monday after work but Mo offered to personally deliver the vehicle to my place of work saving me the trip. I now know for future vehicle purchases to go to Certified Benz and Beemer where honest, straightforward, transparent and best deals are the only choice. I definitely recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to my friends or anyone looking to purchase a vehicle where they will be treated right. One really happy customer.. More

BUT when I went to pick up the vehicle, and this was after I signed the paperwork two days earlier, I was extremely dissapointed that there were a number of small issues not done. The car was not detailed in the least. It may have been washed on the outside but definitely not detailed. There was only a quarter tank of gas in the vehicle. I went to use the windshield wipers, on the first day I drove it, and they need replacing in a big way. I've never bought a used vehicle before so maybe this is the way it's done but I would have had a better ending if these small issues were taken care of before I picked it up. More
