Being 1400 miles from Scottsdale, I relied on Alex & Peter to examine the car as if I had been there. They were thorough & up front about the car's condition. They found a door ding, some minor rock chips & 2 wheel nicks. On delivery a week later, the 2011 BMW 550i GT w/ 42,000 miles was perfect! I'm an amateur detailer & work on my own cars. I could not find a trace of a problem. After taking delivery, I had planned to stay at my home which was just purchased 25 miles from the dealership. Unexpectedly, there was no power or running water. Alex offered to put me up at his own home, which was incredibly generous & gracious. Finding a hotel room in the PHX area in July was no problem, but would have been impossible had it been Feb or March. I greatly appreciated the gesture.
