Very courteous and anything he was not sure of he got the answer immediately. Took a lot of time with us to make sure we found what we liked. Since we are snowbirds and were leaving the next day he was kind enough to schedule a follow up visit when we come back to go over any questions or issues we may have. More

Who buys a car online sight unseen?!?! But I'm happy I did! Owning my last car over 10yrs because I hate the car buying experience, Certified B&B made it super easy! Bobby was friendly & But I'm happy I did! Owning my last car over 10yrs because I hate the car buying experience, Certified B&B made it super easy! Bobby was friendly & his customer service is the kind of service people return for! From beginning until end he was available to answer any questions I had, provide requested information & helped to ease my concerns with buying a car online. Even gave me a military discount! I LOVE MY NEW CAR! If I'd known it was this easy I might not have waited so long to purchase a new car! Thank you Bobby & Certified Benz & Beemers! I wanted to give them 5 out of 5 but the shipping process was frustrating for me as I'm an out of state customer & it took the company they selected to handle the shipping process 4 DAYS to bring the car about 300 miles! Maybe this is typical I don't know as I've never brought a vehicle online before. But my suggestion would be to save the shipping cost & the disappointment & fly down one way and pick the vehicle up yourself. More

My awesome test drive experience with Travis W. I just had the time of my life test driving 5 cars at Certified Benz and Beemer! My salesperson was Travis W and he did an excellent job of showing me I just had the time of my life test driving 5 cars at Certified Benz and Beemer! My salesperson was Travis W and he did an excellent job of showing me exactly what I was looking for and even showed me one car I never would have thought of driving (which I liked). No pressure to buy at all and he spent about 3 hours with me. it was a fun experience! The test drives were superb! I really learned a lot from him about cars, too. I can't decide which car I want yet, but they have everything I could want there. Ask for Travis W when you go there! More
