Best buying experience to date Just purchased a Lexus Rx350 from Certified Benz and Beemer - Travis Walters. I started searching for a low mileage Lexus or Cadilac SRX on-line. I Just purchased a Lexus Rx350 from Certified Benz and Beemer - Travis Walters. I started searching for a low mileage Lexus or Cadilac SRX on-line. I found several cars that met my criteria but after reviewing rating services such as this I decided to give Certified Benz & Beemer a try. The ratings for this company were very high. I do not like talking on the phone and let everyone know when I started looking. All but Travis attempted to make several calls. Travis responded by email and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Everything I have come to expect over the year from a used car salesperson was NOT what I experienced with Travis. He was courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable about the Lexus RX350 features and took the time to answer questions and work with us. This has been one, if not, the best used car buying experiences I have ever had. A great salesperson and company to work with!! More
