Found what I thought was perfect car at B&B online. In call to verify availability, got a direct, clear and to the point contact named Andy Manahl. As a retired business owner for a luxury product, I did not want typical hype, hassle and pressure associated with many car purchase experiences. Andy assured me about their opposite business model. It was true. Andy showed us another car as a better investment, with more fun and function than the "perfect" car we came in to buy. Finance with Mo was equally comfortable, helpful and even fun. Mo helped us choose a financing strategy that gave us tax advantages we had not planned. Met the owner, Jack Schneider, personally, who thanked us. All of this was not my typical experience. Then I had the car shipped from Scottsdale to Princeton, NJ. The folks I worked with at the dealership were friendly, professional, and very knowledgable about the car I was buying. My sales guy--Brian--was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. When I had more detailed questions about the shipping and other misc details, I received several e-mails from the general manager, Lee, responding to my questions.
