I have to admit that I never would have thought to look for a used car at this dealer, because of the expensive cars on the lot. But I am SO happy that I found them - through my bank, USAA. Never have I felt more comfortable and appreciated as a customer. They compare prices in the area and give you a fair price (that beat other dealers). They do not try to hide any of their fees - they even will send you an email with the offer broken down. Travis Walters was my sales person, and from his first phone call to me, I felt like he was considerate and honest. Best car-buying experience in 30 years Went into the dealership to look at a used vehicle I saw online. I was immediately greeted by Andy, when I told him the vehicle I was interested in Went into the dealership to look at a used vehicle I saw online. I was immediately greeted by Andy, when I told him the vehicle I was interested in he immediately said he would bring the vehicle around for us to look at. Excellent customer service, never felt any pressure to purchase and Andy answered all of our questions. As my wife and I sat there she made the comment that this was the best experience she has had at any dealership. We ended up purchasing the vehicle the next morning and could not be more pleased. The excellent service did not end with the purchase and carried right thru to the finance department. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. We were thoroughly impressed with the attitude and professionalism of the staff, primarily Rich Borman and Peter Williams. The vehicle we purchased was nearly 10 years old with well over 100,000 miles, but Rich and Peter were understanding and fair about our concerns and allowed us to have the vehicle assessed by our own mechanic. They were genuinely concerned about our needs and were willing to compromise in order to mitigate our concerns. Ultimately, we wound up with the vehicle we wanted and a very positive sales experience. More
