A day or two later I received another email from Philip highlighting a few other cars. It was in that email that I saw my BMW. I replied that I was interested in the white one and Philip took it from there. I live in Flagstaff and the dealership is in Scottsdale. The transaction was pleasant and smooth. Rocio Woodyard handled my financing with the same pleasantness and efficiency - I was out of her office within 30 minutes!
