Delightful Sales Experience Was browsing the Internet looking for a nice used vehicle when I discovered CBB. I completed a simple questionnaire and was contacted by one Jeff Hallenbeck. We spoke (via email) about a few cars, one in particular that I eventually bought. Jeff was very courteous and seemed very interested in meeting my needs. We set an appointment and I arrived at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. First thing I notice was the atmosphere was upbeat and everyone was very cordial. I met Jeff and we took a look at the car that I was interested in. It was everything that Jeff said it was. The negotiations process took a little less than an hour. There was absolutely no haggling, no threats of getting up leaving the table. It was a rather smooth process. Jeff listened at my situation and where I wanted to be in terms of price and trade in. I can truly say that the entire process was stressed free. Bought a Ford but was treated like I was buying Euro! I was browsing Autotrader looking for a Ford Focus ST. Saw one listed with Benz & Beemer and looked at it. It was optioned/colored and had average mileage so I contacted them with an offer. Jeff Hallenbeck reached out to me and asked me to call him. I decided to come down and see the car (it was very clean), I then met with Jeff and he explained the process. Like most online divisions the internet department of Benz & Beemer set fairly low margin prices. There aren't the typical games (even though I tried to get them to budge) with prices. In the end the price was fair, the service was great and the financing and purchasing process was AMAZING! Jeff and Tracey were great to work with and I would recommend Benz & Beemer to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. Don't be afraid of the name you don't need to buy a German auto to go to them! More

High quality, low pressure Was the only dealer in AZ with the car I wanted...they did not try to fleece me. New to me 2005 Lexus GX470 When searching for a particular vehicle and price your are truly limited to the dealerships that have this make and model. As I was one of those shop When searching for a particular vehicle and price your are truly limited to the dealerships that have this make and model. As I was one of those shoppers and as a shopper who is educated on the vehicle I wanted my search was limited. I was able to find this vehicle all over southern California and a couple here in the Phoenix area. The first one was at a Lexus dealership and way over priced, no matter how many miles a vehicle has , it is still a used vehicle. The second one was at Certified Benz and Beemer. We wet Phillipe Mattice on the lot while we were looking at the SUV and he greeted us with a smile. He was knowledgeable about his product and would look up the answer if he did not know the answer. After driving the vehicle we asked to take home for the night to get a PPI done on it and they said yes without hesitation. We had the Lexus inspected and made a decision to go ahead with the purchase. The dealership did most of what we asked after the report was presented to them. As we were pre-approved through USAA the finance did not take long at all. Mo Abdoui, the finance manager, was also great to deal with. He educated us on his after purchase products very well. As this was a Lexus we did not choose any of them. Overall our experience was fantastic, smooth and fast! Go see them at CBB and ask for Philip Mattice in sales! More
