When we went to visit and test drive we worked with both Floyd and Philip, because we visited and test drove cars 2 different nights after work. For us, this was a big decision and we wanted to make sure we had seen plenty of cars before we picked the one we would own for the next several years! Both Floyd and Philip were very patient with us in test driving many cars. They both knew so much about each Make and Model. We were upgrading from a car with no bells and whistles to one with so many buttons we didn't know what they were all for, but they explained each button question with ease. When it came time to buy, they offered us very fair prices for each of our trade in's. We approved the price and Mohamed did a great job helping us out with the paperwork while the team got our new car ready to go! We drove home that evening with the biggest smiles on our faces! We didn't feel ripped off or taken. This dealer is very fair, professional and customer service friendly.
