It was a good day at Benz and Beemer! Usually when I purchase a car I leave feeling emotionally exhausted and thinking that I paid too much for the vehicle. I had been looking for a Lexus RX for awhile and had spent a lot of time on autotrader.com during my search before this RX was advertised. I drove an hour and a half from the small town that I live in and when I arrived I was greeted by Andy Manahl. There was absolutely no stress or pressure during the transaction and they even let me drive it to my mechanic to have it checked out. It's been a couple of days and there is no buyers remorse over this smooth deal. Love my car and the far price I paid for it. I highly recommend Andy Manahl and Benz and Beemer. More

My 1st Benz!! I found the car on CarGurus.com and contacted the dealer online. The process was quick and easy. I was emailed the numbers prior to stopping in and was able to finance on the same day. All in all, the process took about an hour tops to get everything done! Super easy and I bought a beautiful car with the warranty at a great price. Both Berrin and Mohammed were easy to work with and I appreciate their speediness. Berrin is not pushy at all and has a very calm and sweet demeanor. Mohammed was fun to work with too! Highly recommended!! More

Lee Grubbs, General Manager, went the extra miles, working with us and making sure that we were completely happy. Our salesman, Rich Kirch (RK), was extremely helpful, keeping us appraised of the situation at all times. He is such a nice guy to work with. So i got a reply back and guess who yup the same person that told the salesmen to tell me to claimmy windsheld on my Insurance the same day i came to pick up the car ... Not only is that REAl bad bussiness But ALSO IILegal But he said "If your insurance is out of AZ claim it it wont cost you ANYTHING.. Thankfully Jack the owner said NO we are NOT going to do that, This is also the person that had 2 of the ladys there call me on 2 differant days and try to tell me that they HAD to have my credit card to (1) pay the salesmen (Tracey) was her name and then 3 days later have another lady call me and say she could NOT close out my file because she needed my card. But PLEASE let me say that i put in a call to the owner well a email and he got back to me within 10mins. And made it clear that "THEY" (Lee) made a Bad mistake, and Now he (Lee) wants to have a PRIVATE back door under the table Conversation ? REALLY dude i DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING to say to you.... i sign a form that tell US that we have a deal we are bound to deal with this with MEDIATION AND BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT now maybe they dont think it matters but i DO " This agreement is part of our contract, so lets do whats RIGHT !!!!!
