Upon considering an outside opinion, we contacted Mr. Grubbs & Mr. Lombardo, who not only directed us in what steps to take, but enveloped the problem themselves. We were able to finish our trip without even a setback. Our appreciation does not say enough for how this organization went out of there way to assist. Both my wife and I will purchase our next cars from this dealership. Being in local business, we will continue to refer anyone interested in automobiles there way. White 750i Went to see a 750i that was pre certification process and wasn't ready yet. We made a deal on it, as I trust with CBB's high standards that it will be as gorgeous as the rest of the cars on the lot at delivery. We should be picking it up tomorrow after all work is complete. Andy was very professional.l and wasn't pushy at all. This is a no haggle dealership and the prices are fair. Given our credit situation we didn't expect much with financing. They got us approved and Mo in finance even got us a rate that was 5% lower and allowed us to add a bumper to bumper warranty. I can't wait to pick up my new car tomorrow! Thanks guys More
