The purchasing process was simple and straightforward because the car was priced at the fair market value listed on the Edmonds and Kelly Bluebook websites. Furthermore, they offered the fair market trade-in value for my trade. The finance process was smooth and streamlined. At no point did the finance department try to up-sell me on things I was not interest in. Recently I took the car in for some warrantee service and discovered the service department was just as pleasant to deal with as the rest of the staff. Bryan, my service advisor, documented the work I needed and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. The car was returned to me in immaculate condition. Overall my experience with Certified Benz and Beemer was completely satisfying. More like buying a new car from a very high-end dealer. More

Great Service and hassle free shopping experience We found our vehicle online at a great price where we felt we did not have to negotiate the price down. Absolutely NO pressure with Outstanding Service Jeff Hallenbeck and Floyd Foster are AWESOME!!!!. From the moment I started looking online and inquired about a vehicle there was no pressure whatsoe Jeff Hallenbeck and Floyd Foster are AWESOME!!!!. From the moment I started looking online and inquired about a vehicle there was no pressure whatsoever to get me down to the dealership. Came in on my own schedule and started the process with Jeff and still no pressure. Test drove with my wife and took home a Mercedes the same day. Three days later we felt that we cheated ourselves by not test driving a BMW so we went back in, spoke with Floyd because it was Jeff's day off. Test drove a BMW 328I and fell in love with it. Decided to return the first car and take the BMW thanks to their 10 day exchange policy that I have never heard of any dealer doing. I surely thought there was going to be a catch for doing the exchange but NOT one issue at all, it was like I never had purchased a vehicle the first visit. Finished up the deal and drove home in the BMW in about 2 hours. I have to say the whole experience was the best ever, I have never been happy to visit a car dealer and now I can't wait to purchase another vehicle from CBB. I truly appreciate the business I have done with you guys, thank you. More

Traded-In and Purchase Yesterday randomly I decided to trade in my old car and upgrade into something newer. Naturally, I did not want to spend my whole day at the dealershi Yesterday randomly I decided to trade in my old car and upgrade into something newer. Naturally, I did not want to spend my whole day at the dealership looking and going through the circus act of purchasing a car. Luckily, I was able to go online and find the car I wanted on their website. I picked up the phone and spoke with Floyd, told him about the car I saw online and after a 30 sec phone conversation Floyd sent over their specialized “Deal Proposal” in less than 5 minutes after hanging up. I called back and informed him I would be there in the hour, and only had about an hour to trade in my old car and drive off with a new one. Floyd said, “No problem,” naturally I was skeptic, I heard that before from other dealerships and spent 4+ hrs going through the process. When I arrive Floyd had the car prepared and took the time to go over everything in full detail with me as well as answered any questions. Showed me a lot of the specifics related to the new car versus my older vehicle. Although there was a lot covered to include the financial department (Tracey who was great as well and very knowledgeable in regards), I was in and out in about an hour. Overall, great quality of service and treatment!!!! More

Dealer nicely changed dark window tint on car a week later, to safer tint, so I could see better when driving. More
