I called about a car. he sta Lets start by stating that this review is for two parts, Sales and service. Sales, Travis has no idea what he is doing. I called about a car. he stated 9 out of 10. What was he looking at.? The car had multiple problems or defects. He stated he would fix a couple of the items if I bought. I said sure, price was OK. When I got home I found several more problems with the car on way home. I called several times to resolve the issues, Tires were bad, headlight was broken, tire sensors were missing. He told me, well, it was a wholesale car so...... I was very upset about the whole thing. He basically told me good luck. I stated that I would be right down and let him tell me to my face that I was SOL. 1/2 hr. after call, serviced called me. Brian listened to my concerns and issues. He called back the next day and stated that they agreed to pay and fix most of the issues.Got the car back and was happy with what was done. Be very careful of the sales staff, will smile, get your $$$ and tell you good luck. Would I recomend this dealership, no. I could have bought crap from anyone, I thought this was one place I could count on as a great place to buy a car. More
