Thank you for your patience and up front honesty. We have always been hesitant on used car dealerships, due to the stereo typing, We did not have that here with Chris or Mo( the financial guy). We truly felt no pressure to buy or look at a specific car. We will come back for another car if they are able to find what we are looking for. In addition, I really like to ability to hold the car for a small fee (I believe it is refundable, I know it is transferable towards the car purchase). The only thing i did not care for was when the costumer service gentleman called me. He had too many questions. I would prefer to only hear from the person I was working with, Chris. Excellent Service and Extremely Helpful I purchased a slightly used Audi S5 from CBB in mid-December, and was helped by several of their employees with this, primarily Jamie. Several weeks a I purchased a slightly used Audi S5 from CBB in mid-December, and was helped by several of their employees with this, primarily Jamie. Several weeks after my purchased, I experienced a front tire blowout due to a defective tire (not the fault of CBB), and they quickly replaced both front tires with brand new ones free of charge and without even a mention of charging me with this replacement. They also sent a third-party towing company to help change the front tire when the blowout happened initially- also free of charge- and gave me a ride home while my car was being serviced. They have all been extremely helpful and awesome in every way, and I cannot express my gratitude for their excellent service enough, both through the purchase and the service of the vehicle. More
