Had David's boss just given us the kbb value in the first place, We'd have come to a deal sooner and there would have been much less back and forth. From top to bottom we received first class treatment from everyone we came in contact with. We were stranded out of town, and at the mercy of a local service provider. Upon considering an outside opinion, we contacted Mr. Grubbs & Mr. Lombardo, who not only directed us in what steps to take, but enveloped the problem themselves. We were able to finish our trip without even a setback. Our appreciation does not say enough for how this organization went out of there way to assist. Both my wife and I will purchase our next cars from this dealership. Being in local business, we will continue to refer anyone interested in automobiles there way. We found a low mileage 2012 BMW 328i convertible online and called ready to negotiate. We quickly learned that they price their vehicles ready to sell and do not negotiate on price. We spend a couple of weeks looking into other options and found their prices to be very competitive. Will come back for any future vehicle needs. More

We went through a bunch of finical stuff with Rich and Eric. Rich went into a different room where Eric was and they we "talking very loudly" AKA yelling. I didn't sign any papers and went home to talk it over with my fiancé. I searched for the same car and the exact same ad but a 500 dollar price difference (lower) showed up in car guru. Even though the whole yelling conversation was about me being able to pay the car in full and I was about 800 dollars short. Andy (who answered my phone call in the first place) called me back the next day. I told him I saw if for 500 dollars cheaper on a different website. He covered ip the company's lie and said they just did a bunch of price changes. And we worked it out and I got my car More

White 750i Went to see a 750i that was pre certification process and wasn't ready yet. Checked it out anyways and could see that once it was done this car was going to be "the one." We made a deal on it, as I trust with CBB's high standards that it will be as gorgeous as the rest of the cars on the lot at delivery. We should be picking it up tomorrow after all work is complete. Andy was very professional.l and wasn't pushy at all. This is a no haggle dealership and the prices are fair. Given our credit situation we didn't expect much with financing. They got us approved and Mo in finance even got us a rate that was 5% lower and allowed us to add a bumper to bumper warranty. I can't wait to pick up my new car tomorrow! Thanks guys More
