PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH AND VERY HONEST Well I was very worried planning to buy my next car. Did two months of research and other on the internet just to make sure I would not do something Well I was very worried planning to buy my next car. I ended up finding my perfect car listed at Certified Benz and Beemer and decided today to meet with the sales agent Andy Manahi that I had talked to yesterday. He immediately sent me all the information on the car so that I could familiarize myself with the product. When we met it was easy sailing. The car was ready for me upfront at the dealership and we went for a test drive. Andy answered all my questions calmly and professionally and did not push me in any way. Then they managed to give me a great rate on the financing and here we are. I have the perfect car and they have promised to take care of me with service, and other for the future. He offered the add ons (paint protection, etc.) like all dealers do but when I said I wasn't interested he didn't try to "sell" me on it. I was in and out of the dealership within a couple of hours from start to finish and I left with my new car. The Manager(s) were pleasant as well and I even saw the owner on the floor talking with customers and his staff. I will definitely be back for my next purchase. Mo in finance was a good guy as well. The finance part of the sale went smoothly and quickly too. When I first looked at the car I purchased, I noticed a front bumper clip was loose. I mentioned this to Frank and by the time we finished with the paperwork they had taken the car to the body shop and had the clip fixed. Talk about customer service. More
