Certified Benz & Beemer (CBB) is very disappointed to receive a review of this nature, especially since CBB's policy is to be as fully transparent as possible with each of its customers. This full transparency extends to the value of any trade-in vehicle. CBB uses Kelly Blue Book (KBB), a nationally recognized third-party source for valuing used vehicles. KBB utilizes its Trade-In Valuation Tool which considers all factors of a vehicle in reaching its valuation. Apparently, in this case, the customer did not agree with the valuation provided by KBB on the two trade-in vehicles and thought the valuations were too low. As for the comments of the sales representative, CBB has attempted to use this example as a learning tool for all of its sales representatives to make sure that all of CBB's customers do not feel discounted. As a final note, the owner of CBB did reach out to this customer to inquire if there was anything that CBB could do to make the customer happy. The customer respectfully declined CBB's offer.
