Honest & Reputable dealer that stands behind their promise I recently moved here from Northern California and wanted to trade in my 2006 BMW 650 because i needed a vehicle that had more space and comfort for m I recently moved here from Northern California and wanted to trade in my 2006 BMW 650 because i needed a vehicle that had more space and comfort for my long commute and trips to SF Bay area. I searched cars.com and located a nice 2006 Mercedes E 350 located at Certified Benz and BMW in Scottsdale. I contacted this dealership and initially spoke to Mr. Frank Blackwell. When I arrived to view this vehicle, it was in pristine condition. During the purchase process, Mr Blackwell guaranteed that if anything goes wrong with the vehicle during the 1st ten days, the dealership will repair the issue or exchange a different vehicle. The next day, I decided to take this Mercedes for my trip to Northern California. The rear end started to make grinding noises when the vehicle is backing up or turning into a parking space.. I contacted Frank immediately and he scheduled an appointment right away to exchange for a new vehicle. This is very honorable on Frank's promise and the dealership! Kurt More

Over the top customer service! I found a beautiful Acura TL on autotrader and it was located at this dealership. I sent an email acquiring about the car and Jeff wrote back very qui I found a beautiful Acura TL on autotrader and it was located at this dealership. I sent an email acquiring about the car and Jeff wrote back very quickly and told me to come on in. I arrived and was greeted by Jeff. I had 3 young children and my sister with me so he was nice enough to pull the car up closer to me for convenience. After the test drive Jeff said that he would send me a proposal for a cash deal. Unfortunately we couldn't come to an agreement on the price (I was in a very tight budget). The amazing this about this is that Jeff and kept in touch to see how my car search was going and also ran a few Carfax reports for cars that I was looking at which saved me a lot of time and money. I am extremely grateful for his help and the help of his boss Peter. They have made my car search stress free even when I didn't do business with them. I am absolutely going purchase my next car here when I decide to up my budget. More
