EASY & HONEST TRANSACTION I typically don't write reviews, but am compelled to write about my experience with CBB. I first went to Scottsdale Bentley as I was looking to trade in my Bentley Continental GT for a newer car. Scottsdale Bentley was snobby and outright rude; the salesman asked me questions, then he'd ignore me as he helped a fellow salesman, then he came back to me. I just left. I am a lawyer. If I treated clients that way, I most definitely would have no clients at all. It was disgraceful. I wouldn't do business with them if my life depended on it. So then I went to CERTIFIED BENZ & BEEMER and met Salesman Andrew Manahl, who was awesome. What a contrast!! He was completely attentive and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicles. He wasn't pushy at all. He quite literally did everything possible to make sure everything surrounding this entire transaction was done right. He really went the extra mile and is someone I would gladly do business with any day of the week; I will certainly refer all my friends to him. Tracey Weaver, the finance director, was equally amazing. She knows exactly what is needed and what isn't--her primary goal is ensuring the customer get the best deal on financing possible while at the same time making sure that plates, title, tags etc. are taken care of. This is usually the crappy part about buying a car, but Tracey made all of this a breeze, while being very personable and pleasant in the process. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jack, the owner, who could not have been more helpful in making sure the entire transaction went smoothly. All in all, THIS is exactly what the vehicle purchase experience should be like. What a breath of fresh air. CB & B is the gold standard for the car buying experience. I asked to see the Audi R8, they didnt look at me as if i couldnt afford it, they only treated me as if i could afford to buy 5 of them. They took me seriously and escorted me to seceral different cars without any sighs or moans. When i decided to move to an Audi A7, Samuel gave me so much information on it, I could tell they did not just hire anyone off of the street. In the end, i wanted to consult an Audi dealership and see what they had to offer before such a large purchase. Sam nodded and Thanked me for coming to Certified Benz and Beemer and shook my hand. I will most likely go back but even Samuel said that he doesnt make large decisions without sleeping on them first, so i felt so good when i left and by the time i got down the street, i was already wanting to go back and buy there A7. Excellent Customer Service I had been looking for a C-6 Corvette Coupe for several months on and off. I found what I was looking for at Benz & Beemer in Scottsdale. My wife and I had been looking for a C-6 Corvette Coupe for several months on and off. I found what I was looking for at Benz & Beemer in Scottsdale. My wife and I drove up to view both the Corvette and check out the Dealer . I immediately was met by a sales person, then a manager. Both were very helpful but not "pushy". We loved the car but had a few questions and concerns - all were answered to our satisfaction. The deal was made without any of the "pressure" you get at other dealers. I was scheduled to have my wife drive me to the dealer to pick up the Corvette but she was not feeling well so I called to say I would be delayed. Sam offered to drive down to Florence ( 80 miles round trip) to pick me up and that worked out great. The 'vette was in my garage a few hours later. Special thanks to Samuel, Trevor and Bart.
