Simple, great and effective experience! I had a set dealer that I liked to go to here in Tucson through vehicles I have purchased from, after the treatment there changed, I decided to look o I had a set dealer that I liked to go to here in Tucson through vehicles I have purchased from, after the treatment there changed, I decided to look outside of town for my next great dealership. After looking around for dealerships with great reviews, I stumbled across CBB. I was in the market for a certain Q50 and luckily they had it on top of the dealership being USAA Certified. I did all of my preparation with Danny and Peter over emails/phone, they gave me a quote for my trade in and out the door price so I didn't have to drive 2 hours for a plan that would not fall through. After work I drove up, Danny had the car waiting, we took it out for a spin and instantly fell in love with the Q50. Parked it and began the paperwork. Danny was a real pleasure to work with, superb customer service skills and actually took care of me. It's rare for me to feel other than a "statistic" in a dealership, but Danny, Peter and I believe his name is Eric (Finance) made me feel comfortable and right at home. Any concerns that I had, they were quick to rectify and reassure. Great job guys, not a lot of people especially in the dealership world who treat customers as well as you. Keep up the good work and I hope to see you guys flourish in the future. I know where me and my family will be purchasing cars from now on. More

Very Pleasant Service Jim was very helpful throughout the entire process.
