The dealership itself is a very nice high end facility and from the beginning I was treated in a highly professional manner by all of the staff. They have a huge inventory of high end used vehicles, and while I came in looking at one particular car, there were several in house that fit the profile of what I was looking for. I double checked the 'real time pricing'and found it to be accurate, cars are marked at the best available price, and so there is no negotiating, you know what the cost is going in and can make your decision accordingly. All in all a very pleasant experience and I am confident that they will see further business from me. More

PROFESSIONAL AND HOSPITABLE I found this dealership while seeking Mercedes dealers in the area. I chose them over other dealers due to their relationship with my prospective lend I found this dealership while seeking Mercedes dealers in the area. When I arrived, Andy was approachable and immediately got up from his desk to show me the two vehicles I had requested to see. He was professional and knowledgeable. The process of purchasing the vehicle was easy and transparent. Andy worked hard to get me the best interest rate for the auto loan. The entire staff with whom I interacted was very hospitable and treated me like I was one of their regular customers, though I had only been there once before. I would recommend this dealer! In fact, I plan to return to this dealer should I decide to trade in my Benz in a few years. More
