Great Staff! I had been looking on Craigslist for a Jetta and came across one that fit all my specifications. When I called the dealership to inquire about said Je I had been looking on Craigslist for a Jetta and came across one that fit all my specifications. When I called the dealership to inquire about said Jetta, the sales person told me that it was no longer available and suggested that I take a look at the VW CC they had in. I was dead set on a Jetta, but I'm so glad that my salesperson Alex made the suggestion. I am so happy with my purchase. All the staff was great and made sure I had everything I needed to pick the right vehicle. Alex even called me a few days after I had bought it just to see how I was liking the car. I WAS nervously thinking I was going to be bombarded with aggressive sales people that didn't have my best interest in mind. Upon arrival I was promptly greeted by Samuel DeStefano. At first my guard was up since I knew I would be approached. Samuel was very professional and his mild conversation approach kept me at ease. I still did not know what vehicle I wanted but that didn't matter. He took me around to show me some of the deals they had for that month and really focused on me instead of the car. Great, Professional Customer Service from start to finish! I've known of CBB for some time, as I'm usually "looking" for autos on a regular basis. Met Jim and Rich B who took us through the awesome selection of autos and we decided upon one that was just right for us. We were then introduced to Chris who did all the paperwork and with Lee and Peter, in the office. All around, a really great bunch with whom to do business. No pressure, no complications, completely professional and easy to do business with (and just great guys, as well). When I picked up our "new" auto, Jim took me on a quick tour of the facilities, parts & service where I was introduced to Val, my go-to person for Service (should that time ever come). The auto was delivered clean and ready, on time, as promised. I'd recommend CCB to anyone looking for a great, quality auto at the most reasonable of prices. Awesome customer service!! I had purchased a vehicle never thinking that I would be utilizing their 10 day satisfaction guarantee. After driving the vehicle for a few days I rea I had purchased a vehicle never thinking that I would be utilizing their 10 day satisfaction guarantee. After driving the vehicle for a few days I realized that it wasn't right for me. I had stopped back without contacting any of the sales people ahead of time. I was greeted by Jeff Hallenbeck and he asked how he could help me, after explaining why I wanted to exchange the car he was very helpful and knowledgeable helping find a different vehicle. They were short staffed that day and Jeff had a scheduled appointment, but never made me feel rushed and he literally ran around to find certain vehicles and to get me set up with my new car. He was a pleasure to work with and an asset to CB&B. Thank you very much Jeff for your awesome customer service ! More
