Cars are truly priced to sell; which leaves no room for negotiation. (I like negotiating) 3rd. I tried to trade-in two vehicles, but I only ended up trading 1 of them because I received a little more than fair trade in value for it. I was not getting what I thought was enough for the other one so I did not trade it in. 4th. I bought a Maserati for a price under the actual market value. So what can I say, I was treated properly and got a great deal on my trade-in and purchased vehicle. I am an experienced buyer, so I shopped around for a while before I made up my mind. The truth was undeniable CBB had the best deal on the vehicle I wanted and gave me fair trade-in value for one of my cars. More

Fast, Friendly, and Knowledgable I went to Certified Benz and Beemer Scottsdale to look for a used luxury car. Their selection was great, almost too great, as I had trouble choosing from all the options. I worked with Berrin, who after realizing I was not just some bum looking to test drive nice cars, was extremely helpful. He showed me all the options in my price range and let me test drive any car I wanted. We must have spent 3-4 hours just browsing and driving, and he remained friendly and attentive throughout the process. There was NO pressure to buy a car. In fact, Berrin talked me out of buying a couple exotic cars due to the high expense of maintaining them. Once I found MY car(2015 BMW M4,) the process was quick and easy. It took around an hour to get financed, sign the paperwork, get the car polished up, and drive off the lot. Certified Benz and Beemer has a no haggle pricing model which is great because whether you are a seasoned negotiator or a first time car buyer without a lot of pricing knowledge, you are going to get the same low price. They also really went to bat for me with the banks. My credit is not bad, but I do not have the depth to my credit that would typically warrant the purchase of a luxury vehicle. Their sales and finance managers made it work, and were actual able to decrease my APR by 3% after the bank's initial offer. I am happy I chose to visit Certified Benz and Beemer Scottsdale, as I drove away in my new car with complete confidence that I was well taken care of. More
