Fantastic Staff! Everyone here was amazing. I told Kory Groters - the salesman I was working with - that I wouldn't finalize the deal until I could have my potential n Everyone here was amazing. I told Kory Groters - the salesman I was working with - that I wouldn't finalize the deal until I could have my potential new car inspected by a local mechanic that was already closed for the weekend, so we wouldn't be able to make a sale that night. Kory was completely fine with the situation and remained friendly and helpful. I loved the car, so Kory helped me work out a deal. There was absolutely no pressure, very relaxed and laid back atmosphere. When we had numbers that I liked, Kory went and explained my request to the sales manager Dustin, who not only was completely fine with my wish for an inspection, but gave me several different options to make the inspection happen, and even one that had me in the car that night, but still left me feeling comfortable. The finance guy Mo Abdouni was very personable and is a fellow car lover, as you would kind of expect from someone who works at a dealership, but more importantly clearly knew what he was doing. Had the paperwork all ready to go for me when I came to his office, it was the quickest I've ever gotten the paperwork for an auto-loan done. After the inspection I went back to the dealership to pick up the other key, I mentioned to Jamie Herbranson, another salesman, that I had left a flash drive in my trade-in. Jamie, who had nothing to do with the sale, then ran all over the place trying to track it down for me, and also answered a few other questions I had, since it happened to be Korey's day off and I didn't call to check before I drove down there. Literally everyone I had any interaction with at Certified Benz and Beemer was just amazing, and when it's time for a new car, I'll be looking here first! Oh, and if anyone is wondering, the shop I took the car to (a place I trust so much that I specifically asked to make sure they'd work on an AMG before I started shopping around, because if they'd said no I wouldn't have bought one) found no problems at all with the car, just like Dustin assured me would be the case. Truly outstanding service all around, I couldn't be happier! More

Brian not only knows me by name but more importantly, he knows my car! He always takes extra time to make sure all my concerns are noted and attended to and he does it with a smile and great attitude! Brian actually makes it enjoyable to come in and when I'm a hurry, he makes sure everything is lined up so I get out quick. I was in and out in an hour, driving my car that I chose to purchase without any hard feelings, questions that were left unanswered, or feelings that spent TOO MUCH time in a dealership.. They put everything on the table as straight and honest as possible right when you walk in the door and don't change throughout the process.. I loved how Sam didn't just small talk me to death...He was interested in my last experience at a dealership, asked if he was doing well and if there was anything that he could change or do better. Superb Service Came in just wanting to get a look at some cars I had been eyeing. Alex greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. We've been to a few other dealers and they were just horrible people. Alex on the other hand made us feel welcome. He allowed us to look to our hearts content even when he knew that I wasn't going to purchase that day. As I looked even more, I changed my mind and came out with a beautiful car! Signed papers, and as I was leaving noticed that the door protectors weren't on and a few other items, so Alex made an apt for me to come back and get that done. Also! Mohammad, in finance, was able to get my interest rate lowers even after I had originally signed the papers! It was definitely a great experience. When I'm ready for another car, I'm definitely coming back. Thank you! More
