Unsatisfied with CS, just want to purchase and get out!!! My salesperson didn't express much knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in even though I have called and made the appointment in advance about My salesperson didn't express much knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in even though I have called and made the appointment in advance about the vehicle. Wasn't too courteous with me as a female customer. My salesperson asked me to wait for him while he goes and drive the vehicle from the other building across the street, without any concern from the salesperson I was left waiting outside in the AZ heat for about 10-15 mins. When he arrived back with the vehicle he then told me to go around the building to the other side and he will drive the vehicle tot he otherside to meet me. Like I know the direction where about to go....I swore he could have just told me to hop in the vehicle and he could take me to the other side of the building but instead I had to find my way myself. He also asked me the same question 3 times and on the third time, I answered and also reminded him, "I have already answered this question the last 2 times you've asked me!" I felt he wasnt paying too much detail at all. My experience while making my decision and purchase wasn't all that fun but I did like the car I had interest in so I just went ahead and bought it while being unsatisfied with customer service. I just wanted to make my purchase and get out. More

Couldnt come together on the price!!!! I was trying to buy a VW with a salvage title and MY research was that the price should have been lower than the "up front" pricing that I was purpose I was trying to buy a VW with a salvage title and MY research was that the price should have been lower than the "up front" pricing that I was purposed. I even offered a cash price and all I got was a pre-written explanation on pricing. They were very responsive and they got info back to be very quickly. More

During that time we were approached in a very calm manner by Chris Beaman. He showed us a few mid-size SUV's that weren't what I was truly looking for. But at that point my boyfriend and myself focused our eyes on the same one. Once we realized what we wanted, Chris helped every step of the way. I highly suggest him even when you have a newborn with you (they rushed to help out with a crying baby). Definitely will come back to them. More

Veterans don't buy from this place. I Purchased a 2009 Cadillac Escalade that I had seen on the Internet. I Started the deal with my salesmen David he sent me pictures and video of the v I Purchased a 2009 Cadillac Escalade that I had seen on the Internet. I Started the deal with my salesmen David he sent me pictures and video of the vehicle. He told me of the in-perfections of the vehicles and we agreed on the price. That's when the problems started the vehicle was shipped to me. When the vehicle arrived the transport another disabled veteran and his partner told me that I had to pay for the delivery. I showed him I had already payed but he advised me that if he left it they might not pay him so I told him i didn't want that to happen. He also made me aware that one of the tires was slashed and the rim was damaged before he picked it up. I was not told of that damage. All of this was at 2 in the morning. The next day I called the dealer and spoke with the sales Manger Peter Williams who told me that the check didn't clear for the transporter but he would take care of and that he would talk to David about the tire. Peter then calls me back and tells me to go get a tire a they will send me check. Then I asked David about the rim and he said they weren't going to pay for it. I went an had to buy two tires because they were both bad. I only expected the dealer to pay for one. The bill was for 608 I expected them to pay half Peter said he would only pay send me a check for 200. So now I'm out 400 and I have to buy a rim and I found out that the power mirrors don't work which the dealer wants 1200 to fix. I'm a disabled Veteran and a USAA member i don't want any one else to get ripped off by this dealer. More

Friendly! Quick and easy- very little hassle I walked into CBB on a Friday afternoon, Jamie stepped right out on to the showroom floor and greeted me. I explained I was interested in buying a car I walked into CBB on a Friday afternoon, Jamie stepped right out on to the showroom floor and greeted me. I explained I was interested in buying a car. Going from an SUV to a Sedan was a scary thought. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted to look at, unfortunately what I had my eyes set on was already gone. Jamie didn't hesitate, he threw out a few other options and I was open. Within 20min we were test driving a couple potentials. I wasn't in love with anything. Thank goodness Jamie was on his toes, searching his inventory papers while on a test drive- by the time we got back, we hopped in an Audi A6 and I fell in love. I was a bit skeptical at the time because it was $9k more than I anticipated spending. Jamie never made me feel pressured or uneasy about anything. I went home over the weekend- thought about some things- went back Monday..ran some numbers but had a different dealership to visit to look at another car. A cool guy named Trevor, was very helpful, trying to work numbers as fast as he could since we were in a rush (this is where it gets good). HE OFFERED FOR ME TO TAKE THE AUDI so I could compare side by side at the other dealership. I took the car overnight, looked at the other vehicle, went back to CBB the next day and sat down with Jamie. (Again, no pressure whatsoever.) He asked how the visit at the other dealership was and I responded: "I want the Audi!" We started the paper work and in just over an hour I was driving off with my new car!!! I am very pleased with the service and patience everyone at CBB showed. Jamie made sure I had a great experience buying my new luxury vehicle. Thank you! More
