He quickly checked out my trade in and reviewed the attributes of the model S and CBB. After a few days, I chose another S based soley on feature content. When I called Jeff back to advise my decision, he could not have been more polite. They were so pleasant that I called two days later and asked if they would still take my trade in at the previously agreed price. Of course and I had a check in hand 20 minutes after I drove it in!
