Great Service I needed to bring my Porsche Cayenne in for service due to an intermittent drive train clunk. Tyson set me up with a nice BMW loaner car while they diagnosed the problem. Initially they were unable to replicate the drive train clunk I was hearing. I even came in and and drove around the neighborhood with the mechanic trying to make it happen again. Of course it did not, as is the case when you want to show somebody something is wrong. Fortunately, Tyson remembered from his previous experience at a VW dealer that the Touareg and the Porsche Cayenne share the same drive train components and that the center drive shaft bearing support frequently failed on the Touareg causing a clunking noise. Sure enough, the mechanic was able to confirm this was the culprit. I was happy that the clunking mystery was solved and the mechanic was able to fix the problem. Tyson also gave me a discount on their "Royal Flush" fluid change and transmission service. Thanks Tyson! More

easiest car buying experience ever! I called on a Monday and spoke tp Berrin already knowing exactly what I wanted thanks to a very easy to use website. I submitted my loan application I called on a Monday and spoke tp Berrin already knowing exactly what I wanted thanks to a very easy to use website. I submitted my loan application over the phone and details of my trade in. Took maybe fifteen minutes. Thirty minutes later received a call saying I was approved for the payment I wanted and car I wanted! Came in on Wednesday (that was when my schedule would permit) and did my test drive with Jeff and signed! No hiccups, No pressure, and they were very explicit about the terms of my loan. This is very important to me! I have a background in lending and great horror stories of dealerships housing over trends and rising the customer to commit to something they don't fully understand. Berrin was prompt and thorough, Jeff was friendly, professional and really down to earth, Chris was seamless and lastly Rocio explained all the details of the loan, etc. so well that I was never once hesitant! I bought my beautiful Mercedes-Benz and I did it with the best dealership I have every dealt with! More
