It's not only gorgeous, but it has low miles, and perfect for our small family. I am in sales and can be picky and judgemental. I didn't have to do that with Bobby. He was very transparent and found us the vehicle that not only surpassed our expectations, but made us happy about our purchase. Awesome Experience with Mike Miller I brought my BMW 535xi in today for a warranty service and had an amazing experience. I was in and out quickly as Mike worked with a sense of urgency. I was able to come in on my lunch break and get the car and was in and out in minutes. I was seamlessly put in a loaner for the day and my car was done 5 hours before promised. The prices were significantly cheaper than the dealership I had been going to as well. I can't say enough about my great experience but I can say for sure that I will definitely be back for all my service work in the future. More

Both salespeople that we dealt with (as well as Peter the Manager) were responsive and informative, but there was no pressure at all. I really appreciate the no-haggle pricing policy as well, although my wife was probably disappointed because she thinks haggling is "fun." They made things as simple and easy as possible and I love my new (to me) CLS550. More

The paperwork signing is something I always hate as the finance managers usually put on their "closer" cap and try to close you with the extended warranty pitch. While they did offer the extended warranties, they were very professional about my decline and didn't try and keep pitching me; that I appreciated. My sales representative was prompt to greet me and devoted his entire attention to me during my visit (which is a rarity in my experience). He was knowledgable about all the cars and specs, which is no small feat for the multi-level, multi-room show floor. I was also impressed with the follow up by my sales rep. Even though I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from CBB, my sales rep texted me and gave me a call to find out what I ended up purchasing. He even congratulated me on my new purchase.
