Until I happened upon this 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT Z71 that just about had everything I wanted in a truck on the Certified Benz and beemer website. So I filled out the email inquiry about the truck and not 10 minutes later I get a call from Chris Beaman. I setup an appointment with him for the next day after work. Chris was very professional and polite. It was very easy to talk to him. There was no pressure at all coming from him. He made me feel at ease. The whole process in buy the truck was quick n' painless. This should have been the first dealership on my stop. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and professional...Hands down one of the best dealership that I have been to...5 stars all around!!! More

With that said, let me give you FIVE reasons why my buying experience was nothing short of glorious. 1. Chris Beamon is an amazing individual to deal with. I have talked to over 20 dealerships across these United States of America, including the state I live in and no one, I repeat, NO ONE came close to the knowledge, professionalism and heart when it came to the overall experience. 2. Chris treated me with respect. As a person of East Indian decent, not a multimillionaire and an out of state buyer, I can say with the utmost certainly, neither race nor social standing was a concern for Chris or anyone else at this dealership for that matter. I felt like my concerns were valid to him and I felt like I wasn't a pain in the rear end when I had hundreds of questions. Being an out of state buyer, there are questions a local person just doesn't have to deal with. Thankfully, I was blessed to have Chris walk me through the process. 3. He is not a pushy salesman. I do understand that sometimes, a salesperson needs to lightly nudge a customer into making a purchase decision. However, with Chris, there was no shady sales tactics or aggressive behavior. Just giving me a good, valid reasons to do business now was basically all I needed to turn me from a shopper into a buyer! 4. He is very receptive! I felt at times I couldn't verbalize exactly what I was feeling, Chris was able to to pick up on my levels of concerns and/or excitement. He was able to change gears and address all the concerns I had before I got worried, like shipping the vehicle vs flying out to pick the vehicle up. Being able to pickup on my nonverbal cues through the phone and my body language in person was comforting to know that he knew what I was feeling and how to handle the situation. 5. Dedication to presentation excellence. The 2016 Mercedes Benz C450 AMG has a lot of technology, even after my months and months of researching, Chris was able to tell me in depth all about the vehicle. The guy knows his stuff, this was a feeling of ease, knowing that my questions are not pawned off on someone else and I could go to one source and find my answers. The bottom line: The entire time dealing with Certified Benz and Beemer was plain fun. How many people can honestly say their car buying experience was fun? Well I'll be happy to tell you that I can!
