Michael Hunt and David Patillo, truly understood our need and worked with us on putting my daughter in a reliable vehicle. They also made it possible for me to upgrade. I told them not to wash the vehicle but they did it anyway and it looked worse than when I brought it in for service. Whoever washes the vehicles need to do a better job. I purchased a new 2022 Kia Forte FE from Central Kia of Plano on February 5, 2022. The vehicle was listed as ‘in transit’ so it was purchased based features listed on the website. Online, it was listed a Plano on February 5, 2022. The vehicle was listed as ‘in transit’ so it was purchased based features listed on the website. Online, it was listed as having satellite radio, which was the only feature I considered non-negotiable. I like my SiriusXM. I verified with the sales rep before agreeing to the deal and specified on the finance paperwork that the deal was valid ONLY with the satellite radio feature. Ten days later, I went to pick up my vehicle and there was no satellite radio. Turns out, the 2022 FE trim does not come with that feature. I spoke with the sales manager on duty (unfortunately, I do not have his business card and cannot remember his name) and his attitude about the situation was that it wasn’t his fault that their 3rd party web company had checked a feature that wasn’t on the vehicle and there was nothing he could do about it. I told him I felt that it was a bait-and-switch and I was not happy with my purchase. He just said that the Apple CarPlay that the vehicle came with was a ‘great’ option and I could still listen to my SiriusXM. Here’s the catch though. AppleCarPlay runs off apps on your iPhone. I had to change my Sirius subscription since I didn’t have a radio ID to transfer the subscription to. I had to go with the streaming subscription, which caused the cost of my subscription to increase. And since the subscription is app based, I do not get to listen to my live shows with the DJs. When I went in for my first oil change on April 23, 2022, I decided to formally complain to the dealership about how unhappy I was with the purchase, and that I still feel I was sold a vehicle under fraudulent terms. The sales manager I spoke with that day was Jerry Johnson. He not only conveyed to me that the situation was not of his making and, in his words, ultimately the fault lies with the salesman for not knowing his product. The salesman that I had dealt with (and have no issue with) was standing there with me. Mr. Johnson not only deflected the blame to the sales rep by saying that the rep would be written up, he did so on the sales floor in front of the other employees and in front of customers. His solution to make me happy was to offer to allow me to trade in the vehicle on an upgraded trim that had the satellite radio. How is that a solution? In short, management was given two opportunities to make this situation right and they chose not to. Management at this dealership has no interest in customer service and no loyalty to their sales team. They deflect blame to everyone else and accept no personal responsibility for anything. I highly DO NOT recommend doing business with this dealership. More

I really appreciate Salesman Edgar's knowledge base of the vehicle and availability to be present as soon as we were ready to test drive and purchase the Kia Carnival. While this is my first Kia, I have purchased many brand new vehicles over the years and I found this dealership experience to be (how we would all like it to be) strait forward without the tricks! I was in and out in under an hour and I appreciate the finance team letting me use a loan from my credit union vs in house financing. More
Yes, I asked for a free tire rotation since I usually get them at Discount tire free. The service agent said ok but then it wasn't done Not only was it not done but your oil changes are so much more than any them at Discount tire free. Im going to be buying a new Kia at lease end in Sept but going to do my business with Roundrock SW Kia from now on. My whole family drive Kia's and I will pass this along to them. More

The first time I met Michael was the day the my brand new car arrived as I ordered it brand new from Michael. The lead time Michael gave was spot on and the car arrived earlier then we expected. I would highly recommend this dealer and my salesperson Michael Hunt. I give them both 5 stars! More
