Service is amazing. .from dropping off my car for repair to picking it up...they provide transportation to and from your home after dropping off car and returning to pick .from dropping off my car for repair to picking it up...they provide transportation to and from your home after dropping off car and returning to pick it up. When I got it back it was running great and it was hand washed. The service here is a dramatic contrast to the poor service at kia bosier city. More

Buyer Beware. Poor Service Center, Bought a used car in 2018. The engine died in 2022. Average service center waits, 3 weeks. Worst car buying experience ever. Was given a warranty. Been having issues 2-3 times a year ever since. I have good credit. Their service center treats me poorly, specifically KIRK. After owning three KIAs, I bought a Nissan so I never have to deal with KIRK ever again. Their service center guys are rude, overworked, and don't care about their customers and they've been there for years. You'll have to deal with them forever. More
