Trading up to a new model was made easy. It was a pleasure to work with Alan Makabi to purchase a new RAV4. I told him what I was looking for and he showed a car on the lot that was the model I was looking for. He spent time going over all the updates to the new RAV4. I was wanting a different color car but same style. They didn't have one on the lot but he was able to quickly find the exact car that I wanted. Upon delivery of the car Alan spent time with me helping me to program the car and and making sure I was aware of all the functions. He made buying a new car so easy. We also worked with Tiffany Houck in the finance department. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in setting up finance for our new RAV4. Thanks to both Alan and Tiffany our purchase of a new car was a great experience. More
