Beyond having detailed knowledge of all the vehicles that we looked at, Alan patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were the only customers in the dealership. He even went so far as to help me surprise my wife by helping me conceal that we were getting a higher end trim package (at my request). Overall, the entire experience felt transparent, convenient, and even fun! With three and half years of routine service appointments and two purchase experiences, we have yet to have a disappointing experience with CR Toyota. Thanks Alan! More

I was caught off guard when going to sign the title that the vehicle I thought I was purchasing was actually a different one from another store. I only noticed from the vin # being different, but was never told up until that point that this was a different vehicle than I had ordered. Obviously, it worked out and I was still happy with the 4Runner, but I feel I should have been informed of the switch. I still am not sure of the circumstance of why this happened as it was never explained. In the end, I got the 4Runner and had a relatively good experience with Toyoda. More

Best. Place. Ever. I went in already knowing what I wanted. Not really knowing if it was possible for me to even get it, considering I was in kind of a hole w what I had I went in already knowing what I wanted. They didn’t push me to buy anything extra but still offered and explained the details and fine print of each and every warranty, I’m young so I’m still new to buying from dealerships... with that being said, they didnt at all try to take advantage of my age and got me into the exact car I came there for!!! Not only am I saving money every month but I’m in a car I love and have an amazing dealership I know I can count on. I’ve already recommended CR Toyota to my family and co workers! More
