I purchased my first when I was 17, and now, just after my 88th. birthday, I'm purchasing my most recent, a 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I was happy with the experience from first searching the Cedar Rapids Toyota online inventory, to contacting the dealership about the vehicle I was interested in, through the process of agreeing on a trade difference, and ending with the delivery of my Camry Hybrid to my doorstep.. The sales person, Alan, exceeded my expectations in every way, especially in being willing to close the deal and exchange my trade-in at my home, some distance from the dealership (in view of my age and the current coronavirus danger). I'm sure Cedar Rapids Toyota will be my first choice the next time that I'm in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

He listens!!! is personable, knowledgeable and we trust him!! Also the serivce there for our corollas has always been customer service friendly, timely and well done.
