I dealt with Alan via text and phone initially, but the top-rated customer service experience extended to the in-house closing of the deal as well. He was extremely accommodating and just a very nice individual. I could go on & on about how delighted I have been with this whole procedure and how every aspect has simply been A++. My Dad was able to test drive the car for me and give it a look-over, as I live 90 miles away and could not make it there, since they offered to take the vehicle directly to him! I detest high pressure sales and pushy people and I assure you my experience was the opposite of that. Every single person my husband & I had contact with was top-notch, friendly and extremely helpful.
