Honestly I only rated Phil a 5 because that's as high as your system goes. I've purchased A LOT of cars in my time and working with Phil was quite possibly the least painless and easiest transaction I've as your system goes. I have two friends who are considering purchasing a new vehicle and I will without a doubt let them know about my experience with CR Toyota and Phil in particular. Our story started by stopping to test drive the new Corolla. When Brad greeted us we told him Carolyn was with TFS and we were initially thinking of a Corolla. Brad treated us very well. I thought we would be treated well but not that well since TFS customers wouldn't bring in as much profit in. After seeing the Dealer Certificate discount being offered on the Camry we thought we would go with the Camry instead. Brad was able to take an ordered car and re-configure it to what we were looking for. He kept us posted on the date of arrival. Once the car arrived Brad spent a good hour going over the car's features with us. Curt took care of the money side and was also friendly and courteous. I used the Quick Lube service for my 5k service on my 2013 Avalon. I was very easy to get in and out and the team was very friendly and courteous to my needs.
