This time though I took the shuttle to work thinking it would be a long repair. However, the service team aced it and I was able to pick my car up at lunch. This dealership is spectacular with how they treat you, and how they treat your car. The only thing they could do more would be to wash it for me :) More

When I called the CR Toyota dealership to inquire about the possibility of having someone take a look at it before my trip for Chicago/Milwaukee several days later (of course I had not set an appointment in advance), I was pleasantly directed to take the car to the service bay at the Volkswagen building next door where drive-up customers were welcome. The person working the desk there (the service ticket indicates it was Chris Griswold) was instantly welcoming and proceeded to input my information into the system (I did not buy the car locally) and service my car quickly and professionally. You know when the weather is so perfect that you don't notice it at all (you're neither too hot nor too cold, etc.)? Well, I sort of had that feeling during my recent service trip to CR Toyota. Chris was so authentic, it was like dealing with a long-time friend, and for the first time in a long time I was able to enjoy a service experience because I did not have to think about it at all (Do they know I'm here? How much longer? Are they going to try to sell me something I don't need? Am I an important customer to them?, etc.). More

I looked all over town for a new vehicle but it was extremely hard due to my work schedule. Alan went above and beyond by coming into the office early, on a Monday, to help me look at their selection. Wendy made the paper work completely stress and hassle free. I would highly recommend Cedar Rapids Toyota to anyone who is looking for new vehicles. More
RX350 Unexpected repair I recently had a battery go bad which caused an electrical surge that caused various alarm to come up including check engine, and AWD failure. Althou I recently had a battery go bad which caused an electrical surge that caused various alarm to come up including check engine, and AWD failure. Although I had an appointment in a week for an oil change I did not want to drive the car with these failure indications for that long. The dealership was booked for the week but I asked them if I brought it in and left it with them would they try to fit it in that week sometime which included a day off due to Thanksgiving. This was on a Monday. They said bring it in and they got it fixed that day. Very friendly and accommodating. Price was reasonable. I have never had this dealership recommend more than needed to fix the car. I trust this dealership. Toyota and Lexus means quality in their cars and service and this dealership seems to work on that principle. More

So impressed I made a point to put the store on my 'first look' list when searching for a new car, which I purchased last Mar. Never disappointed on my dealings with them, including this last service of repacement of a broken window. Kevin ordered the part so we'd have it on time for a following week service call. Altho Steve in service could not promise it would be done on Mo, was completed by the afternoon and the vehicle was ready to go. More

I wasn't even expecting it to be serviced that same day, but surprisingly it was diagnosed and fixed in under an hour. JD was extremely pleasant to work with. He was friendly, informative, and willing to help me out at a moment's notice. More
